Galbladder and possible complications

I have had 4 galbladder attacks in 3 weeks. The last one put me in the hospital for 2 days on heavy pain meds and antibiotics. Dr. will not take the galbladder unless necessary. My galbladder is full of stones and inflamed. They are concerned about a blockage and have talked to me about possibly going into early labor. Im 28 weeks today and concerned about my dr appointment tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar situation with any of their pregnancies. What was the out come and were you put on bed rest?

    I'm so sorry to hear it. It is such an awful awful pain. Worse than labor, IMO. 

    I don't have experience with attacks at 28w. I got them with my DD when I was 34w and after she was born. 

    I had mine removed at 14w this time, about 3 months ago. It was full of stones and inflamed. It was necessary. 

    All I can say is that I wish you the best of luck and hope you can keep that baby cooking and get it taken out when you can. I hope your doctors have some good advice for you! Good luck!

    I personally haven't had a gallbladder problem but my DH did. Have you thought about getting a second opinion? I would think if it's inflamed and lots stones they would want to remove but I'm no doctor. Either way I wish you the best of luck and hope it gets better.
