1. Last week went well for my tiny goals - had a vegetable or sometimes two 6/7 days. Had a fruit and sometimes two 7/7 days. Got atleast 10,000 steps 7/7 days.
2 and 3. Keep the fruit and veggies up. Also try to get atleast 60 minutes of activity per day - even though I got 10,000+ steps some days Fitbit only counted 15-20 minutes of activity for the day.
4. The first time I was able to run a 5k without any walking.
How did the week go? Can't complain. Hit my goals all but 2 days.
Any fitness goals for the next week? Hopefully, I'll get cleared to get back into weights this week. So, with that in mind, I want to lift 3 days this week. 30 min a day of light cardio.
Diet update/diet goals? Eat nutritious foods when I can. My appetite is non-existent right now.
What is the fitness related milestone/event you are most proud of? Lifetime wise, I was a great softball player in my youth and will always be proud of how hard I worked back then (definitely feels like an ole has-been moment!) And recently, I went on a 4 mile walk yesterday, and it was energizing, and kept my nausea away for the entire time. I'm going to try to do something similar daily!
How did the week go? Alright. Managed to get two workouts in as well as two run/walks this weekend. I would have liked to get more strength workouts in but the nausea/exhaustion made it difficult.
Any fitness goals for the next week? Hopefully get 3 strength workouts in this week and run more than walk on the weekend.
Diet update/diet goals? Trying to make my meals as healthy as possible. I feel like I'm eating a lot of carbs because it's the only thing that really helps with the nausea.
What is the fitness related milestone/event you are most proud of? Recently, I ran a 10k for the first time and made my goal time. It felt so awesome to accomplish that goal.
How did the week go? This is my first week pregnant so of course, I did great with my work outs last week The true test will be to see how the next few weeks go
Any fitness goals for the next week? I want to make it to my barre class today, tomorrow, Thursday and Saturday as per usual. I usually go to OrangeTheory at 5 am on Wednesdays and Fridays but the 1st trimester fatigue set in right away so I may give myself a pass on that and just try to get a couple of runs in instead.
Diet update/diet goals? I'm cutting out splenda and diet coke - ugh.
What is the fitness related milestone/event you are most proud of? This means nothing unless you go to OrangeTheory Fitness but I have gotten my base pace up to a 7.5 on the treadmill. I recently completed my 100th class at Pure Barre and can really see the difference in my muscle tone. That class is a miracle class. I'm obsessed.
How did the week go? I don't remember my goals! But I probably didn't do too well because I had an iffy week food wise.
Any fitness goals for the next week? Keep up the daily walks of at least 30 minutes.
Diet update/diet goals? Start decreasing my sodium intake. I've always been sensitive to sodium and now more than ever I have to watch it.
What is the fitness related milestone/event you are most proud of? Losing 50 pounds and getting pretty much perfect bloodwork! I still have a ways to go and am obviously taking a break now, but I feel proud and confident about my ability to stay healthy.
How did the week go? Fine... I was trying to lose, but I remained the same. So that's good, right?
Any fitness goals for the next week? Workout! Hopefully play tennis twice and lift once or twice
Diet update/diet goals? Continue to eat fruits and vegetables... I was pretty good by random last week. Eat enough. When I get busy at work I forget to eat. I've been using MFP to track and there are days I come home and I've had 800cal and am too tired to think of food. I can't really allow that to happen now.
What is the fitness related milestone/event you are most proud of? I got a 4 pack of abs once... Did Insanity for several months and actually got most of the belly fat to disappear. I had lovely arms and legs. I loved that. I want the definition! I could bench 95 lbs (only like 3 times, but still - that's 2/3 my weight!!!).
How did the week go? Not too bad. Felt dizzy during a few of my strength workouts this week so may start to take it easy. Did three strength classes, two yoga workouts and a 17 mile bike ride.
Any fitness goals for the next week? Still work hard but not too hard. I've seen some spotting which I think may be attributed to it.
Diet update/diet goals? Continue with my healthy diet, more raw veggies (just bought some broccoli to go with hummus). More protein.
What is the fitness related milestone/event you are most proud of? In my lifetime? I ran a marathon in Jackson Hole. Running 26 miles at 6400 ft elevation is very challenging. Recently? Getting back on my bike! I love cycling but haven't been out since last year. We live in Seattle so don't ride much in the winter.

How did the week go? I started Blogilates last week and was really enjoying it! Then found out I was pregnant so put it on hold till I get cleared from my OB on Thursday.
Any fitness goals for the next week? To finish/restart my Blogilates! I hope I get the ok to continue since it's all low impact.
Diet update/diet goals? My goal is to start working up to my 85g+ of protein a day.
What is the fitness related milestone/event you are most proud of? Getting my fitbit and focusing on 10k steps a day

Does anyone do Pilates and know if there are any restrictions for it for a normal low risk pregnancy? I plan to talk to my OB about this but do not have an appointment until June.
How did the week go? Pretty well, mainly focused on eating healthy because I am so so so tired
Any fitness goals for the next week? Walk 5 out of 7 days
Diet update/diet goals? Keep up the fruits and veggies, stay away from cookies! Lol
What is the fitness related milestone/event you are most proud of?
Since my son was born (10 months) I've lost 68 pounds. If I gain the same amount of weight with this pregnancy as I did with my last, I will deliver below my previous starting weight!
@scgirl6113 I do pure barre Which is a mix of Pilates and barre work. We have tons of pregnant women in the classes. They do have to modify some ab work when they getting further along. It's always best to ask your doctor for clearance though. We have to have a doctor note stating its okay to continue working out when pregnant.

Any fitness goals for the next week?
4 days of strength training and I really want to try to get 2 days of yoga with 2 days of breathing exercises followed by meditation.
The instructor says that we shouldn't hold our breath too long in our exercises while pregnant. Does anyone have any experience in this?
Diet update/diet goals?
I've been eating a lot of raw fruits and veggies in the beginning portions of the day then just carb it up at night.
Last meal is usually before 730pm
