Intro-New to TTCAL

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to stop by and introduce myself, I have been lurking on this board for a while and feel like I am ready to join in the discussions now. Quick little recap of my story. Had a MMC confirmed at my 12 week appointment (development stopped at 8 weeks & no HB) and decided to go the Cytotec route. MC on 3/24-3/25, 1st follow up showed retained tissue (also positive pregnancy test still) and cyst on right ovary of 5cm. 2nd follow up yesterday resulted in negative pregnancy test and decreased size in the cyst. I got the go ahead from my doctor that after 2 cycles we can TTC again.

We are currently benched but I wanted to join in with this community as I wait out these two cycles. I was a member over at Miscarriage/Loss board and see a lot of you fine ladies over here as well! Been an active member on The Bump since August 2015. I look forward to getting to know you ladies and I am sorry we all find ourselves on this board but hopefully we will all have our rainbows soon!

Welcome to the board @lilylover27, benched is hard but it was also kind of therapeutic for me too that I could focus more on myself and my healing and not have to stress about TTC. There is also a benched forum on the TTGP board that was helpful too- there were a lot of loss moms over there.

Hi @lilylover27. We had MMC's at similar times and you were so sweet and supportive in March. I'm sorry again for your loss and the benching, but this a great group of ladies here to hang out with regardless of where you are at in the process. Welcome!

Im newer. I initially joined Dec 16 group, then Loss group, then here. Ive learned that everyone is so accepting and supportive. I know none of us want to be here but since we are, im so glad the company is good. Im thankful to have found these boards.

@lilylover27 Im benched for a year so Ill keep you company, and um every other person from now til at least March 2017 lol. So annoyed about it but it will give me time to be in the best shape for my rainbow baby.
