My FFC: My clothes are still in the dryer from doing laundry last weekend. I am too lazy to take it all out and walk all the way upstairs to put them away, so every morning I just been running the dryer for a few minutes to get rid of the wrinkles, get dressed and go.
@PepperAT I do the same thing. Our laundry makes it downstairs to the washing machine but never makes it back to our bedroom. This weekend I may spend some time putting away laundry.

@pepperAT ditto. However, right now, for once in my life I'm caught up on laundry. It took me pretty much 1/2 a day to do so, but I'm caught up.. It's put away, folded, etc.. It feels great! lol

My FFFC is that my boss' H (both owner's of the business I work for) is a super DB in the spring time. Just all around nasty to his employees, because he can't handle high intensity very well. I was telling my BFF how much I've been disliking him lately, and I mentioned that I wanted to write an anonymous Yelp review (which the owner's read all the time) in third person. As if I was a customer, and happened to see how he was talking to his employees and write how it really "came off horribly to me as a customer". She told me she was willing to post it, if I wrote something up. At first I was alllllll for it. But I've been sitting on the idea for a few days. I don't think I'll actually go through with it, but I have it in my back pocket just in case lol.
My FFFC is that I took a short break from work on Wednesday to have a quickie with DH. Technically, I get paid through my 15 min breaks (we can take two a day) and DH pointed out (while laughing) that I just got paid to HIO. I felt a little guilty, but hey...when it's FW, you do what you gotta do.
Also, I'm going to repeat last week's FFFC. I plan on bumping more than I work today.

My FFFC is that I am past caring if students pass my class. It's the last grading period and my 8th graders now want to have "senioritis." We stop grading them in a week anyway and I'm just beyond nagging kids to stay on task or turn in work.
@PepperAT I am the exact same way with laundry, I will never understand people that enjoy doing it....
On that note, My FFFC is that I am way behind on my laundry & house work this week but I know my mom is coming to visit on Sunday and she will do it for me if I don't... so I am purposely avoiding doing it. That's mature/responsible behavior for a nearly 27 year old right? lol

Along the lines of @meilay, I could have allowed some students to stay in my classroom during lunch today so that they could work on a project, but I just didn't feel like it. I wanted to close the door and turn off the lights and have twenty minutes to stuff my lunch into my face in peace. Not sorry.
My FFFC is that I haven't really accomplished anything at work this week. I have a case of the "fuckits" I just want it to be 4 so I can go drink with DH and my coworkers.

I just scarfed it down in the kitchen before DH could see how much was left over....and then had a huge piece of the actual cake. the stomach ache is worth it....so good...(I feel like most of my FFFC are gluttony/food-related....) Classes ended over a week ago and I got an email from a student last night asking how I graded the class (specifically, did I average all the tests or replace the lowest one with the final, etc.). I am really tempted to email him back and just say "read the darn syllabus"
@britters314 Is this college? If it is then I would make that my response. I had one professor my freshman year that refused to answer any question that was answered in the syllabus and it really taught me to use me resources first.
I'm sitting in a very important meeting with the management team about a staff meeting that is coming up. They're all arguing very intensely about what we should/shouldn't say at the meeting. I'm just reading all your bump posts and occasionally saying things like "Yep", "I don't know", and "What so and so said makes the most sense to me." Oops?
Earlier this week I rearranged my office so my computer screen is no longer visible to people walking by in the hallway... I basically did this in order to bump more from work...

I need to do this!! Unfortunately there's practically no other way to move my desk. I have thought of all sorts of scenarios and it won't work. So I'm forced to bump when no one else is in the office. So annoying.

Yes, it's college. I teach at two schools and this is the only one where I regularly have this issue, which is odd considering it's a university and the other school is a community college... I think I'm going to start telling students at the beginning of the semester that if they ask me a question that it answered in the syllabus, I'm not going to answer it.
My FFFC is that I recently switched to a grocery delivery service because I can't be bothered to carry groceries up to our 3rd floor apartment, especially if I have to take multiple trips. Paying $7 to have someone do it for me and be able to shop from my living room couch is worth every penny.

My nursing professor used this as her response for questions that were answered in the syllabus. And then by mid-semester this time around she send us all an email saying that she wasn't answering any more questions regarding things that are covered in the syllabus. To be honest- she lasted longer than I would have. After the first 3 questions that were clearly on the syllabus I would have said "nope" and been done. I have no patience for that stuff...
My FFFC is that I don't mind doing laundry. I wouldn't say I like it, but it's definitely the least evil of all household chores. Gathering up all the dirty clothes makes the bedroom look cleaner, it takes a few minutes to throw in the wash and dryer, and then my H isn't complaining about having no clean underwear. Putting the laundry away is the worst part though.

I used to use Fresh Direct for that same reason. No shame in my game.
My FFFC is that even though I'm not usually a retail therapy kind of girl, I'm going to do the period present thing this month. I use a similar, age-appropriate tactic for my 9th graders. I tell them to "find me the part in the [instructions/syllabus/textbook] where it talks about that." Then I make them read it back to me and explain it in their own words. It helps me to avoid going crazy from having to explain the directions 120 times!

That pic is so true. I'm pretty sure that's exactly how I looked at my desk the week before finals.
I hope it does, @beary67!! I do already feel better after going online and buying a new comforter and two sets of 900 count sheets. Macy's is having a sale, if anyone else has a similar hankering. I can pick them up at two of our local stores here tonight! Also, I went to acupuncture for my migraines, and that was pretty relaxing. Plus, my acupuncturist is doing me the additional solid of trying to get more blood to my uterus. Fingers crossed that is helpful!!
