Hey there. So even though Tylenol appears to be an approved pain reliever, I'm really trying to break my habit of running to pop a pill to deal with my aches and pains. I'm about 6W and having really bad cramping, back aches, occasional headaches. These are not out of the norm of my usual PMS symptoms, but I'm so accustomed to popping a few Advil to deal with it. I sought some relief from a heating pad last night until I realized that's not good either as I don't want to raise my core BT. What's a girl to do!
Would love some suggestions on first tri "growing pains" relief - I'm just drinking herbal tea and took a brisk walk on my lunch hour, but neither are helping much. I'd suck it up if I weren't teaching a Zumba class tonight (

) Any suggestions or approved herbal remedies? Same goes for sleeplessness. TIA!!
