Hey ladies! I noticed this thread hasn't been started for a few weeks, and I miss hearing from you all! Hope it's okay I'm not the usual poster.

Here are our questions for the week:

1. How far along are you and how many babies are you expecting?

2. Next milestone you're looking forward to?

I'm excited for my husband to feel them kicking! I have felt a few kicks from the outside already, but they always stop when he puts his hand there. Stubborn little guys!

3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes:

Our anatomy scan went really well! Baby A is vertex, Baby B breech (makes me a little anxious about making decisions for delivery). Baby B pretty much kicked his brother in the face the entire ultrasound. They each measure within a day of my EDD, and within a day or two of each other, so pretty much perfect!

4. Question of the week: Will you be having a baby shower? If so, when and does it have a theme?

No baby shower plans here, since this is not my first go round. I'm actually excited to have two more boys, especially since we already have a good supply of boy clothes and things. If anything, we may do a "Baby-Q" couples party, just invite people over for a cook-out, no gifts. Mostly just an excuse to have a bunch of friends over and celebrate

My next ultrasound is tomorrow and they should be able to see genders, but since we are doing a gender reveal party on June 4th, we won't find out until then.

3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes:

We finally announced on FB yesterday which was fun to show our announcement pic and also completely let the cat out of the bag!

4. Question of the week: Will you be having a baby shower? If so, when and does it have a theme?

I have had several family members as well as friends indicate that they want to throw a shower, so I know we will have one, just don't know when or what the theme will be quite yet. I am a FTM so anything is helpful!

Second anatomy scan on 6/3.

3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes:

We ordered the flooring for the nursery! I can't wait until it gets laid!

4. Question of the week: Will you be having a baby shower? If so, when and does it have a theme?

No baby shower plans here. It's my second pregnancy. If my family and/or friends would like to throw us a "Sprinkle" I won't object, but it isn't a conversation I will be bringing up.

17weeks twin girls

2. Next milestone you're looking forward to?

Not really a pregnancy related milestone but a personal one. I'm ready for the school year to be over- less than 1 month!

3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes:

Had our gender reveal over the weekend and it was amazing. It was so great to celebrate with all of our friends and family.

Also I keep getting a cold. I really need this to stop happening. I finally get rid of the cold only to get it again the next week. So frustrating!

4. Question of the week: Will you be having a baby shower? If so, when and does it have a theme?

We will be having a shower. I assume in late June/ early August. Theme is unknown right now. Knowing my sister in law it'll be very frilly and girly.

My second anatomy scan is the day after tomorrow! I'm so excited to see them again, and find out genders! I'm telling you, I'll be screaming it from the rooftops

3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes:

3 words: INSANE SCIATIC PAIN! Seriously, I spend all day long wincing or yelping out loud when i feel that stab in my butt. Sometimes my knees even buckle! The worst part is knowing it's not goingnto get any better.

4. Question of the week: Will you be having a baby shower? If so, when and does it have a theme?

Having 3 actually, if what everyone is saying is true. My mom and step mother in law (what a mouthful) are planning one together, my mother in law is planning one and my work is planning one so... i guess I'll be a busy bee. So far all planned for the end of July. If I could plan my own, circus elephants or duckling themed.

1. How far along are you and how many babies are you expecting? 18w, 2d with boy/girl twins! We found out their genders yesterday. I'm so excited.

2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? I can't think of anything. I'm just happy they look healthy and that it's boy/girl. I guess I'm looking forward to reaching the stage where mortality rates good down, then when NICU rates go down.

3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: I also found out yesterday that I have gestational diabetes again. Boo! I'm monitoring with finger pricks and managing with diet for the next week or so at least.

4. Question of the week: Will you be having a baby shower? If so, when and does it have a theme? I'm a STM, but close college friends are hosting a small family friendly double baby shower/cookout/pool party for me and another friend (also a STM) in our group in early August. My sister is also doing a sprinkle for us at some point this summer (probably July or early August). No themes for either.

@KenderTas06 - How did you do your gender reveal? Our party isnt until June 4 so I am still in planning stages. I was going to do 2 big boxes full of balloons

I love that so many of us know the sexes now! It makes it feel more real to me, and is so fun imagining. I know it is way far out to think about, but I'm already daydreaming about awesome twin birthday parties (b/g twins could have so many fun themes: mermaids and pirates, Mickey and Minnie, bugs and butterflies, etc.). I think I just like getting excited about those things to help me think past the chaos that is also sure to come soon

2. Next milestone you're looking forward to? More kicks!! I think I officially felt them tonight also we have our anatomy scan next Monday.

3. Rant/Rave/Positive Vibes: I passed my glucose test last week-woo hoo!

Also I am finally getting more energy back which has been nice

4. Question of the week: Will you be having a baby shower? If so, when and does it have a theme? I am a FTM. I live in co but I'm from MN. I have a friend throwing a shower here and I'll be going home in June for showers as well. I don't know about themes but I just feel very lucky to have such amazing women in my life!
