Like senior moments, but powered by hormones. What airheaded, silly thing did you do today?

I went back to a post I wrote and saw that I spelled "bite" as "bight". WTF. Spelling mistakes are pretty rare for me, not sure what I was thinking there.

I was making guacamole as a delicious accoutrement to my gourmet microwave nachos.

I saw something shiny and walked away, promptly forgetting what I was doing. I sat down with a yogurt/granola mix before my husband asked if I wanted him to finish the guac for me.

My credit card stopped working a few weeks ago so I called the company and they said they'd sent me a chip card months ago, and that the old cards were no longer working. I spent a good week digging through old mail and paperwork, my nightstand, the safe, etc before I finally called back and asked them to send me a new card. Had to change our account number and everything. Guess what I found in my wallet yesterday.

I have been losing things and forgetting everything. I am usually responsible for answering my husbands "where is X" and "have you seen my X." Now, I'm doing it too. One of us HAS to be able to find keys in the morning guys! And headed to the store to pick up...wait...why am I here? SML right now.

I start so many things and don't finish them. I clipped the cats nails and then went to go get the broom to clean.... and then I have no idea what happened but I didn't get the broom and I came in 2 hrs later to see nail clippings all over the place.

This is horrible. I was thinking about a cat that we used to have and I couldn't remember how it died. Did it run away?did we put her to sleep? What happened? It took me the entire day to remember the string of tragic events.

Tonight I heard my cat crying from another room/part of the house. I figured he was whining for food (with a full bowl because always) so I ignored it. About 20 minutes later I started thinking about how the only 2 closed doors are my bedroom and my son's bedroom (I was in the living room). As I was thinking I realized that my cat had been locked in DS's room for almost 3 hours and I'd meant to get him about 20 minutes prior to when I originally left the room (DS was still awake-ish when I left, I wanted to make sure I didn't wake him back up by being in there). Lol sorry Malcolm (the cat).

I'm an event manager for a catering company and I keep forgetting things to have my team pack things for events. I'm typically very organized so this is quite frustrating! Thankfully we are at the tail end of busy season.

I was photographing at the hospital over the weekend and afterward i spent 25 minutes looking for my car in the parking garage. Im at this hospital at least two times a week and am very familiar with this garage. It was so strange.

I had to call my husband at least three times last week to confirm what day it was. I had several appointments over a few days and could remember what day each one was on but, while driving to them, needed to know what day it was so I could go to the correct one (Bluetooth with speed dial in my car so safe driving)
