NO PERIOD,FF,SPOTTING,PREGNANT? HELP

Hi Ladies,
I was wondering if anyone could help me out here! I am not breastfeeding my son, he's been on formula since 2 weeks old. I had 7 weeks of PP bleeding, then I had 1 week off and then I got my period. I then had two more regular cycles. I suffer from PCOS however my cycles have always been pretty "regular" from a PCOS perspective, never more then 3 weeks late MAXIMUM. However, I am currently 9 weeks late for a period.... I have taken test after test all coming out negative however the past week I have had (tmi) brown/light pink spotting and come light cramping mainly on my right side, but nothing severe. The spotting hasn't even been heavy enough to wear a liner, it's just when I wipe. What do you think this could be? Is there a chance it's implantation spotting? I never had that with my son so I am not sure what that really is like...
Are any FF ladies having messed up cycles too?
What about anyone who had implantation bleeding? Did it sound anything like what I am experiencing? And did you have implantation bleeding before any pregnancy symptoms showed up? And how long after the implantation bleeding did you experience symptoms of pregnancy?
i am am going to see a doctor as soon as I get the chance but just thought I would ask here first..
