  • watching her move and watching my belly grow (but time is flying)
  • The random food cravings and actually being able to indulge a bit and eat those cravings with no shame. Watching the bump grow and reading about how LO is growing.
  • Feeling her move for sure and having a reason to shop for cute little things.

  • I really like not having to suck it in... and buying cute girl clothes.  :)
  • Definitely feeling him move and getting to share that with my husband and my parents this week. And maternity pants are so comfortable. Love them!

  • Feeling babies move and the hair growth! Sure am going to miss all of this hair when it falls out in a few months :(

  • Pretty much the same as PP.

    Feeling movements is pretty great.

I like having a bump and that people who don't know I'm pregnant are starting to notice.

Amen! Definitely the best part, but I feel like it is slowly being replaced by my little tinkle episodes. So back to pantyliners for me.

  • I LOVE feeling (and now seeing) our little one move. My hair is normally pretty thin, so I'm loving the thickness I have now. I wish I could keep that!

I love actually buying baby stuff and imagining that its real... and I'm excited about Labor... weird I know... but after our hospital tour I just keep thinking it will be really fun
  • I feel the most feminine when I'm pregnant, which for me is the best!

PSA -Your hair might not fall out!  Mine didn't after DD.  This time is so different, so I'm totally expecting it to, but FX.

  • Feeling her move. I love that! Seeing my DD face when she feels her sister kick her and her singing/ talking to my belly.
  • I have gastroparesis, which was getting much worse before I got pregnant. My doctor had me on a partial liquid diet and it hurt to eat. So my favorite thing is a little selfish. I LOVE being able to eat full meals for the first time (my disease went into remission with pregnancy). I love having no diet restrictions. I know it's unlikely but I really wish it would stay in remission forever once I give birth so I can continue eating as much and whatever I want.

But my favorite thing about the pregnancy itself is feeling the baby move. I love knowing she's alive and healthy and strong in there. It's the best feeling ever.
  • 1. Baby kicks! <3
    2. Eating is now not as stressful and I don't feel guilty!
    3. No periods! WHOOP!
    4. Feeling more pretty without clothes on now than before I was pregnant.
    5. Cute maternity tees!
    6. Getting foot rubs more!
    7. Being able to leave work for the many doctors appointments!
    8. Having an excuse to back out of things I don't feel like doing. (no late nights for me!)

That's all I can think of right now. Haha!

I am so flat chested and when I am pregnant I can actually fill out my bras...so I love that!

i love the kicks and this bump.
  • @Duffgurl  DH has started randomly touching my belly and it throws me off! It's different when I yell the baby is kicking up a storm and he comes over to feel. These are just random times when I'm standing around or we're on the couch and he'll quickly reach out and want to leave his hand there (him: is he moving around? me: no). I suppose I'll get used to it but it's like the one place I'm not used to him touching much, although I realize it's sweet.

  • I love my belly, and feeling and seeing baby move. I also love how my kids love the bump too. My 6 year old touches my belly more than anyone, and gets so excited every time he notices it's grown! It's so adorable how excited he is :)
  • Adding another one!

DH has come home a few times and said "How are my girls doing?" and it just makes me swoon. I love seeing this new side of him and can't wait to see how he'll be with her.
  • @bananers I think I have imagined this moment thousands of times already. This makes the thought of birth not so scary. Holding my baby for the first time is probably the one time I will not be disappointed by any amount of waiting and anticipation.

  • @bananers I totally agree with you on that. That feeling is amazing. It surprised me that it happened every single time I gave birth. It isn't just with your first baby, and with second or even third baby, the feeling doesn't fade at all. It was just as strong for me each time I have given birth. It has got to be the best feeling in the world!
  • Agreed! I look back on those first few days when we were in the hospital and sometimes wish we could go back there just because of how special it was. I am looking forward to that again.
  • I love being able to feel the baby's distinct body parts.  A foot pushing out here, a hand there. Feeling movement is great but feeling baby from the outside makes it seem more real to me.
  • I love how EXCITED my parents are. They are absolutely over the moon, and they didn't think they would be having grandkids so that is adding to their excitement, they are bound and determined to enjoy this since it might be the only one.
