I do tend to celebrate with some of my friends that are mexican. I don't have Mexican heritage. I use to go to Mexico every weekend when i lived in California always fun and never wanted to come back as the food and sight seeing was a blast. I wish i lived in Cali still because i would definetely be in mexico this weekend eating lots of the yummy food. Mexican food is great the tamales, enchiladas, tacos, burritos, flautas i can go forever now i am hungry lol.

GTKY Question: Happy Cinco de Mayo! Let's talk about Mexico today! Do you celebrate this day? Do you have any Mexican heritage? Have you ever been to Mexico? Did you like it? Do you like Mexican food? Nothing special going on this year. I have been to Mexico once. H;s Company took us to Cancun with (1300 other employees and spouses) for an adult spring break. Most epic trip ever. On top of everything an all inclusive resorts offers we also had private performances by Sublime with Rome the first night, LL Cool J the 2nd night and then the last day they out on a huge competition between all the offices... it was amazing!

I already know he got me exactly what I was hoping for, now he just needs to take me to brunch on Sunday with DS and cook me dinner.

Nothing much has changed, just starting to feel like everyone is staring at me when I'm out in public.
GTKY Question: Happy Cinco de Mayo! Let's talk about Mexico today! Do you celebrate this day? Do you have any Mexican heritage? Have you ever been to Mexico? Did you like it? Do you like Mexican food?
Only been to an all-inclusive in Mexico, or a cruise port of call. No Mexican heritage, but my parents owned a Mexican restaurant (they have Welsh and Irish heritage) and my dad likes to claim he actually invented the chalupa.
Size of the baby: head of lettuce
One thing you are looking forward to: Going to Disney this weekend with DD
Rants/Rave/Symptoms: People have been noticeably holding doors more for me, and cars in parking lots have been more likely to stop and let me cross. lol This week I did find out that I likely have some chronic sinus issues going on. I have what I thought was yet ANOTHER sinus infection - it would be like #6 or 7 this pregnancy, so really ridiculous, so my dr sent me to an ENT. The ENT saw no sign of infection and said he thinks I have pregnancy-induced rhinusita;lkdsjfas;lkdfj (something I can't pronounce lol), so he gave me a bunch of stuff to try for the next two weeks. Apparently it's allergy related, which is so weird since I've never in my life suffered from allergies and didn't have anything like this happen with DD. So we'll see - I just want some relief. I feel like I've been sick this entire pregnancy with some form of not being able to breathe through my nose. I'm over it!
GTKY Question: Happy Cinco de Mayo! Let's talk about Mexico today! Do you celebrate this day? Do you have any Mexican heritage? Have you ever been to Mexico? Did you like it? Do you like Mexican food? Nah, I've never really been big into it. My anniversary is 5/4, so we're always doing something to celebrate that or going on a trip somewhere. I have, however, been craving good Mexican food, but we don't really have much around where I live.

One thing you are looking foward to: Summer! I feel like we just keep getting cold and then a smidge of warm weather and it gets cold again. We had frost on the ground last night. Oh and my maternity pics in a couple weeks.
Rants/Rave/Symptoms: I had some leg cramping a couple nights and I seriously think it was because I ran out of bananas and hadn't had one in days. I tend to eat one daily.
GTKY Question: Happy Cinco de Mayo! Let's talk about Mexico today! Do you celebrate this day? Do you have any Mexican heritage? Have you ever been to Mexico? Did you like it? Do you like Mexican food? Love love love Mexican food, and I have no Mexican heritage. I've been to Mexico 3 times on vacation. Each time was to a resort. Love it cause it's so cheap and the easiest to get to from WI. I don't celebrate Cinco De Mayo.

GTKY Question: Happy Cinco de Mayo! Let's talk about Mexico today! Do you celebrate this day? Do you have any Mexican heritage? Have you ever been to Mexico? Did you like it? Do you like Mexican food?
I am not of Mexican heritage and haven't celebrated Cinco de Mayo in a long time but I love Mexican food. My first adult beverage will be a Margarita! I have never been to Mexico but I would love to go.
Size of the baby: puffin, eggplant, cantaloupe... i don't think these things are all the same size
One thing you are looking forward to: warm weather! its been cold and rainy here in nyc for the past week but its looking like warmer weather is coming next week. My husband and I are also relocating due to work and get the keys to our new house that we are renting on June 1st. I cant wait to get in there and start painting and decorating. I already bought the bedding stuff for the nursery because I just couldn't wait.
Rants/Rave/Symptoms: I've been feeling pretty good except that I can never get comfortable when I am trying to sleep. I've been really tired this week but I don't know if its because its so dreary out or because I wake up so much at night.
GTKY Question: Happy Cinco de Mayo! Let's talk about Mexico today! Do you celebrate this day? Do you have any Mexican heritage? Have you ever been to Mexico? Did you like it? Do you like Mexican food?
I usually loooove Mexican food, however during this pregnancy I just cant eat it without feeling sick. I would usually go out with friends for margaritas and I'm craving one right now.. don't know how I'm going to make it through the whole summer without one!
