I can't post my own today Bc I've been lying on my DST tooty toot all day so my swelling is minimal. Just wanted to show some kankle support for my DST pals!
I can't post a photo right now but my ankles like alarmingly like when I tore all the tendons in my left ankle and had to wear a cast, only people aren't nearly so willing to fetch me things.
@colesmom33, this is not a contest I ever wanted to win. This picture was from like 18 weeks, they're way worse now. I don't have preeclampsia or anything, I'm just swollen all over. I've always HATED having my feet touched but right now if I don't get a foot rub from H every night I am one unhappy camper.
Oh my goodness a game I can play!!! I feel for all you ladies with cankles... They are my worst nightmare!! I also have developed the worst case of eczema on my chest and boobs and had note started creeping up my neck... So itchy and nothing really helps
I have not! I have tried a bunch of things... Some with coconut oil as one of the ingredients, but alone, no.... Does it stay greasy? I feel like I am more itchy when it is super dry, but gets worse/spreads when it is moist either from sweat or greasy lotion... In other words I am clueless and a mess. Thank you for the advice I will definitely give it a try.
@egirl1025 I get the organic virgin coconut oil from the baking aisle and rub it all over my skin, sometimes I even use it in my hair as a hair treatment.

Vanicream is the only thing that helps my son. They make a lotion, sunscreen, and body wash. It's worth a shot. You can order on Amazon or buy it at Walgreens. Eczema sucks.
Despite eating SO MANY potatoes and being crotchety and fat - my ankles have remained in tact. However, my stomach is doing a great job of mapping out the highway system of a bursting urban metropolis. I'll spare you all the photographic evidence of that.
@WinniethePoohsPants at least it's migrated off my face. It's much easier to hide me shoulders.
@meggyme I know you meant, "my shoulders," not "me shoulders," but now I can ONLY hear this in a "they're always after me lucky charms" type leprechaun accent.

That's what I get for typing on my iphone.

Ouch ladies! Your ankles look painful. Mine are still in good shape, but I still have 8 more weeks to go. However, huge tmi, after finding 2 ticks on myself, I took a shower and had my husband do a tick check on me, and he said "when did your butt get hairy?! Like really hairy!". Then he proceeded to tell me "you're going to need a whole body wax after this baby is born!". Yeah, he's a real TW. He's just lucky I found it more funny than offensive. So to cankles and hairy tooty toots! We are some sexy pregos.
This is not from my current pregnancy, but from my last one...however I have a feeling this is coming soon....so, you see, I have the potential to be Dirty Sn#tch Trash.

I am so glad to see the swollen feet/cankles because it reassures me that I am not alone! I was feeling pretty self conscious about my feet yesterday. Mine were out of control. My husband looked at one of my ankles and said "Woof! Did you sprain your ankle??" No, honey, they both look like this. Now never comment on them again please.
Though I am not super pumped that I am delivering early due to medical concerns with my high blood pressure, I guess the one positive is that I will not be pregnant anymore in exactly 2 weeks so hopefully I won't be dealing with the swelling for too much longer. (Though I actually swelled way worse in the few weeks after delivering my first child, so I guess I can maybe look forward to that again this time.)
TNvols27 If it makes you feel any better, that's what my stomach hair has always looked like (I don't mind it though).
I'm too lazy to do much of anything, including eat. Otherwise, I would post my swollen feet. I have changed what I call them from "disgusting" to "my little chubbies." My right hand is also swollen.
Re: Dirty Sn#tch Trash check in
Isn't it a thing a beauty? I've named my left kankle Julius and my right knakle Leopold.
Seriously, baby girl. Wtf?

@HeartLikeMine3 I am beyond sad that you edited, because I have the giggles over "toothy" toots. I love autocorrect.
