Lots of cramping and pains in stomach??

Hello everyone!

I am having lots of menstrual type cramping and sometimes sharp pains. Also, when I stand up everything feels like its falling out. This is my second child, my oldest is 8. This feels way to early to be experiencing this. Please help!

Have you tried drinking some water and laying down for a while to see if it subsides? If it continues, or worsens, I would definitely call the Dr.
