1st appt blood tests

This is my first pregnancy! I got a blood test at my first OB appt at about 6 weeks. That was over a week ago. Can I assume if there was something concerning about my blood test that they would call me by now? Is this a no news is good news situation?

    Yea no news is good news. Besides, a lot of it is general info for the doctor, like your blood types, that doesn't diagnose with you a disease. Even if they see an issue with Rh factors, it's not an immediate concern so they would probably discuss the shot if needed in person at a later appt.
