What is your fitness goal for the week? Try to make it to the gym/workout 4 times this week.
Are there any challenges you're facing this week? We're going on vacation/to visit my FIL this Thursday, so my dining options will be kind of up in the air. Plus, the only fitness activity that I'll likely be doing during vacation will be walking.
How did you do with your goals last week? I hit my fitness goals, but I really slacked on my nutrition goals.
GTKY: What was your most memorable birthday? Today's my birthday, hence the GTKY.

2- I'm out of town this week so I have to adapt from the routine I had formed. Mon-nothing, traveling will wear me out , tues-run and some body weight, wed-Tabata and body weight, thurs-run, fri-travel
3- breaking from routine always requires more motivation from me. And this conference is not going to be fun
4- I did great. The only this was I didn't do yoga Friday, I was exhausted and sick and my body said nope.
5- for my 25th bday my husband threw me a big surprise party. It was awesome.
What is your health/nutrition goal for the week? Eat more protein and veggies, fewer pancakes (I had them 3x's this weekend!)
What is your fitness goal for the week? Work out 4 times
Are there any challenges you're facing this week? Aside from the general nausea and fatigue, I have 2 doctor's appointments during my normal workout times on Wednesday and Friday. Debating if I should try to get up early and go or just go in the evening. (YAY that one is our first US, BOO that the other is an eye appointment for my 16 mo DS).
How did you do with your goals last week? Great because I didn't set any!
GTKY: What was your most memorable birthday? My 21st because my twin sister went to jail for disorderly conduct. It was quite a night!
Bonus Bumpie Challenge: Make at least 2 healthy snack or dining choices over "junk" food (if you can...I know morning sickness/nausea has been screwing with a lot of us). I'm up for this! I bought about $50 worth of fruit from the store and plan on eating ALL of it this week. Hopefully not in one sitting

1. I've been avoiding junk food lately, so I hope to keep that up.
2. I'm adjusting my previous 6 days a week workouts to 3-4.
3. I've been feeling great these past few weeks, but I think I'm getting a touch of morning sickness. It's not vomiting or full-blown nausea....but on that edge where I feel mostly ok but one wrong move and I'm done. So that's why I'm adjusting my workout goals.
4. Did great with my goals last week!
5. My most memorable birthday was in 2013 when I turned 24. We were in Germany for Christmas and it was so awesome.
A squirrel was providing workout motivation for me this morning:
Cook some healthy dinners! My mom went grocery shopping for DH and me this weekend because of all the traveling we did.
What is your fitness goal for the week?
Sign up for the gym. Now that wedding madness is over I can get DH to run down to the gym with me.
Are there any challenges you're facing this week?
MS, as always. The Zofran doesn't always work, and I never know what day it won't.
How did you do with your goals last week?
I don't want to talk about it...MS screws up everything.
GTKY: What was your most memorable birthday?
My 11th. It was my last birthday in New York and I had a huge birthday party at this indoor activity place. All the kids in my class came, as well as kids from the classes above me (I went to a very small private school and the 6th grade class was very close with the 7th and 8th grade class). My cousins also came from NJ and some other friends were there. It was such a blast! I got to sit in the inflatable bounce house while they inflated it and my friend Nikki went crazy on the pinata. It took 30 kids to break that thing, and even then my mom had to rip it open! One of my friends also helped me blow out the candles on my cake, because while my birthday was 2 days away it was her actual birthday, so I didn't want to take away from her.
Bonus Bumpie Challenge: Make at least 2 healthy snack or dining choices over "junk" food (if you can...I know morning sickness/nausea has been screwing with a lot of us).

What is your fitness goal for the week? To exercise 4 times. Walk, jog, video, whatever.
Are there any challenges you're facing this week? My job requires me to go to a lot of evening meetings, which make it hard to work out after work, which is when we normally do it.
How did you do with your goals last week? I didn't have any. I am a FTM, and things were tenuous for a little while, so I kept making excuses not to exercise. Plus, exhaustion. I need to get over it and take care of myself.
GTKY: What was your most memorable birthday? My 30th! I had bought a house a few months before and had a Wes Anderson themed party, and the best part was so many people I love from different stages in my life being there.
ETA: Happy Birthday @H4aPartyof5
What is your health/nutrition goal for the week? keep eating fairly clean, increase my protein intake and decrease the sugar/carb intake
What is your fitness goal for the week? get some exercise in!
Are there any challenges you're facing this week? I'm feeling pretty unmotivated and cranky. Plus it's going to rain here this week so I know I won't be motivated to go to the gym. Hoping to at least do some home exercises.
How did you do with your goals last week? Food wise pretty good. Trying to get my diet back on track, found some healthy foods I can eat.
GTKY: What was your most memorable birthday? None really. In our culture gifts aren't a thing for kids so I only received 3 presents my entire childhood birthday+Christmas combined. Maybe my 21st birthday? lol
Bonus Bumpie Challenge: Make at least 2 healthy snack or dining choices over "junk" food (if you can...I know morning sickness/nausea has been screwing with a lot of us). - Greek yogurt has been a saving grace!
HSG - All clear, ectopic kidney didn't affect uterus (yay!)
CT Adrenal Scan - no tumors!
SA - sperm count excellent, 2% Morphology

What is your fitness goal for the week? Be active at least 4 days, including Zumba Wednesday night. Do a couple You Tube 1st trimester ab/core workouts, cos they (my abs) used to get worked a lot during the week and haven't been for the last month. It's also my last week of volleyball, so I'll be able to add something else in its place on Thursdays; hopefully Zumba.
Are there any challenges you're facing this week? Actually, no. It will only be if I am too tired to workout.
How did you do with your goals last week? Alright. I missed one day of planned working out cos I was just too tired.
GTKY: What was your most memorable birthday? My 30th, probably. One of my good friends' birthday is the day before mine, so we rented out the upper part of a local bar and invited a TON of people. It was fun getting dressed up and celebrating with our friends. Oh, also... my 34th - we were on our honeymoon in the Dominican Republic. DH had our "butler" make a reservation at one of the restaurants for supper, and they turned off the lights, surprised me with a birthday cake, and sang me happy birthday!
Bonus Bumpie Challenge: Make at least 2 healthy snack or dining choices over "junk" food (if you can...I know morning sickness/nausea has been screwing with a lot of us). Doable. I bought a veggie tray last week and just need to get it opened to have handy for snacks. I like the convenience of it, since everything is already cut up. Meal plans should be alright, as DH makes sure we eat healthy!
TTC Since: November 2015
BFP: March 31, 2016
DS: November 21, 2016
What is your fitness goal for the week? Workout 5 days this week.
Are there any challenges you're facing this week? Only challenge is when I run. I normally do 3-4 miles 1-2 times a week but I have noticed since I became pregnant my runs are great but an hour after I am beat and I mean I do not want to move from the couch tired. They exhaust me
How did you do with your goals last week? Good. All day nausea really does not help with eating healthy.
GTKY: What was your most memorable birthday? 30th, we took a trip to Maine
Bonus Bumpie Challenge: Make at least 2 healthy snack or dining choices over "junk" food (if you can...I know morning sickness/nausea has been screwing with a lot of us).
2. Just to be active. Doing something, even just walking, 5 days a week would be awesome.
3. MS has hit me hard the past couple of days. Combined with a toddler, I'm concerned about my ability to stop crying and uncurl from the fetal position long enough for exercise.
4. I did so well! I need to document it because it's all downhill from here.
Monday - walking
Tuesday - Body pump weight workout
Wednesday - walking
Thursday - rest
Friday - running
Saturday - 4.5 mile hike
Sunday - Took DD to the zoo. Trust me, it was a workout.
5. 30th I took my comprehensive exams that week, so we did nothing. It was bad-memorable. Hah

What is your fitness goal for the week? This week, not much for exercise b/c it's finals. But I still get prob. a total of 30 minutes walking around campus each day. Usually going as fast as I can up that giant hill w/ my 20lb backpack b/c I'm running late, so it's not no exercise
Are there any challenges you're facing this week? I tend to be slightly nauseous most of the day. It's never really acute, though. And finals.
How did you do with your goals last week? Not at all well, got to get back on track and not eat all the ice cream
GTKY: What was your most memorable birthday? My 30th we had just bought a house so had a big joint b-day/house warming and lots of people came. Usually I don't really do anything, so that one stood out.
Bonus Bumpie Challenge: Make at least 2 healthy snack or dining choices over "junk" food (if you can...I know morning sickness/nausea has been screwing with a lot of us). This would be good. I'll try.
