Same here. I felt them more around the 4-6 week timeframe. I'm 8 weeks tomorrow and they're fewer and farther between now. I second @R0824H that it's probably your uterus stretching. I sometimes suspect gas even. Check with your doc though if they become constant and severe (to the point of not being able to handle them)!
^^^this as well with the gas, and TMI sometimes it was just constipation and I sign I had to poop. You tend to figure them out after a while. Oh the joys of pregnancy;)
Definitely confirm with your doc first but mine told me Tylenol was ok if I wanted. I personally chose not to do anything except rest and drink more water. And wait. And try to poop lol @Laurafay4 nailed it.
Sounds like what I've read. Most days they go away after a good poop, so I suspect the gas idea may be correct. But this isn't always the case. I have my first ultra sound tomorrow so I will ask then.
Any remedies? Ibuprofen and a hot bath used to be my go to's, but the drugs are out and I am off baths because of IVF.
Wow! I never even considered this. I'm guessing it's due to the risk of infection from being perforated? I guess the same reasons as after giving birth?
