I'll never understand why people 1) think it's appropriate to post a picture of their child's genitals on the internet and 2) want strangers to guess if it's a penis or vagina.

I mean, really you won't know what socially constructed idea of gender your child identifies with until they are old enough to tell you. And it's also too early to tell the sex from an ultrasound. The protrusion the arrow is pointing to is almost certainly an arm or leg, otherwise your baby's penis is almost a quarter the size of its entire body, and that is just a whole mess of other problems.
