First-time grandma gifts for Mother's Day?

I would love to get my mom something for Mother's day that has to do with her becoming a grandma for the first time. I just can't think of what to do! At this point, it's a little late to order anything personalized or from Etsy, since we're getting on a plane next Wednesday to visit my parents. Any ideas? Anyone else doing this for their mom?

I, also, took too long to decide. I checked out Amazon and they have a ton of grandma to be gifts. Plus, if you have Prime, a lot of them would be there in plenty of time.

A lot of the stuff is like "Your mommy and daddy told us you were coming by: ____" so it's a good way to involve my mom (who wants to be involved) AND it'll be nice for our son to have someday - family history I don't necessarily know.

And my mom is into that kind of thing. She does that ancestry.com stuff.

We are getting "grandma" books to read to the baby. (https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/how-to-babysit-a-grandma-jean-reagan/1115888816) We then have a 3d ultrasound that we are copying and pasting in the front of the book with a little message.

We also got grandma themed children's books for them to be able to read to little ones. They had a good selection at Barnes and Noble and I also found lots on Amazon.
