I've got a birthday party for a friend tonight - we will only stay a little while though to get DS to bed. I was supposed to go to a bachelorette party tomorrow night but canceled. I decided I should not subject the fun to a sober, dry-heaving, exhausted coworker. Sunday, MIL comes - she'll be here all week because I have a conference. I don't know how I'm going to survive any of this... I just spent the last 15 minutes crying and drying heaving on the kitchen floor. I wish I could just be put in a coma for the next 13 weeks (this lasted well into my 2nd tri with DS)
@slartybartfast that sounds about as good as my weekend. MIL called at 7 am, to inform H and I that she is coming to stay the weekend at my house cuz 'I miss my grandbaby!' Lady its been 2 weeks since you saw him, and my house has no room for you. GTFO

We are visiting MIL this weekend across the country. It's not too bad yet. We get along ok but I get annoyed at her antics pretty quickly. I'm really trying to be more patient. We told her last night about the baby and invited her out when the baby is scheduled to be born (rcs) so I'm really trying to be a better DIL. She hardly sees the other sets of grandkids because my SIL is a drama queen and it really hurts her. I want my kiddos to know their grandma. But getting along can be tough!
We are going to a wedding out here (the real reason for the visit). And my kid is dr8ving me nuts since I have to sit in the backseat with her.

Sister in law is getting married! I'm so excited for her. DH is in the wedding party so I'll be in the family row bawling my eyes out along with my MIL. Then another round of early flights home Sunday.

Tomorrow morning, we have the MS Walk for one of DH's aunts who has it. They haven't decided if they're doing the 1-mile indoor walk, or the 4-mile outdoor walk. I am hoping they decide soon, so I can prepare on what to wear and dress appropriately!
Sunday, I am having lunch with my mom and then we're going to my cities Parade of Homes. Ya know, look at homes neither of us could ever afford but can dream! I think the most expensive (for our area) that is one to check out is something like $1.4mil? IDK. I sometimes only like to stick to houses within a range I think DH and I could afford next, but they are very rare in the past few years. Maybe we'll win the lottery!

Sunday we are celebrating Mothers Day with my dad's side of the family and we are telling everyone then we are pregnant. I cant wait because this will be my grandmother's first great grandchild.

Happily Ever After: 05-15-2015 TTC since June 2015
tonight we are expecting MIL to be discharged from the hospital (she went in for hypertension wednesday night) and i am mentally preparing to hear her complain about it all when she gets home. i am so not in the mood (see FFFC post) to give her sympathy. i just want to go to bed right now, but tomorrow DD1 is spending the entire day at daisy troop camp so i have to get all her stuff ready tonight. last year I chaperoned but this year i am not, i'm a little nervous since it's the first time she has really gone anywhere far away without me. i'll probably be spending most of Saturday in bed trying to get over this cold, and worrying that my child got lost, my child drowned, my child got injured, etc. but at least DH will only have to entertain one kid so i can really focus on my exaggerated fears.
I haven't decided if I want to do anything yet, but I did email a friend and see if she wanted to do dinner tomorrow night. She had talked to me last week and wanted to go out drinking, but, uh, I can't really do that.

I work Tues-Saturday usually, so I'm just hoping to get off work early enough to get to church, and will probably spend my Sunday with Netflix and the couch. With naps. Several naps.
I FINALLY don't have to work this weekend!!! I will be sleeping in both days, maybe go to a movie (Huntsman or the Jungle book not sure yet) (oh or Cap. America) and I am going to try and make biscotti at some point to package up for a bridal shower I'm hosting in 2 weeks. I figure if I use my vacuum sealer it will stay fresh.
Going to a concert tonight with my love to kick off our 6 year wedding anniversary weekend. No idea how I am going to stay awake that late. Lol. Tomorrow dinner date. Have a great weekend you all!
Tonighy I had some alone time, so I went and got my haircut. Tomorrow evening, I'll be photographing a wedding, so I plan to do as little as possible during the day tomorrow. Sunday, DH and I will teach Children's Church, and then who knows what after that.
I cooked 3 meals for cousin today since she just had a baby. Ziti with Roasted Vegetables, Chicken Mac n Cheese with Ritz crumbles on top, and Chicken Spaghetti. We'll give the food to her tomorrow and see baby. Sunday DH's work has a BBQ at a local amusement park.

I'm in Chicago for the weekend for my SIL's baby shower. She's due with her first in July. My sis and I are hosting and are doing an afternoon tea at a hotel downtown. I'm excited but the weather here sucks, so much for a cute sundress.
And then tomorrow we are doing a bday brunch at my moms. My twin sister and my birthday was Wednesday. One of our brothers birthdays was last Saturday, and then one of our brothers bdays is tomorrow. This time of year is like a mini Xmas for my fam.
Then a 5 hour drive home Sunday night! I'm sure I'll be exhausted by the end...
Nothing. Well, except the usual... you know, taking care of two children while my husband works, laundry and packing (we're moving next month). At least we have no actual plans. I'm too tired to deal with people.
