Hello ladies so I'm going to be moving to a different apartment with tile floors on May 1 and the apartment I am in right now is all carpet and my baby is starting to want to crawl so when she ffalls she does not cry I am just scared that when we move to the different apartment and she wants to start crawling she will hit her head and her resell do you guys have any suggestions on what to do with tile floors one baby want to crawl
I got some foam playmat pieces from amazon. They fit together like tiles or puzzle pieces and come in lots of bright colors. They have tons of different ones on the site, so they may have ones to fit your needs. I am using them on a very hard floor covered in Berber carpet that is not soft at all.
I have foam tiles in our living room, which is wood laminate. I still let her crawl and let her explore on the hard floor though because I can't completely contain her to the foam tiles. I just keep a closer eye on her when she's on the hard floor. Now that she's crawling better and very steady with sitting up, she doesn't fall over much.
