1st birthday party theme help!

I was wondering where is a good place too buy party supplies at a cheap price I've been looking online. We were thinking about paw patrol theme not sure yet though.
We really wanted too do an Alvinnn! And the chipmunks theme because that's his favorite show but I'm having no luck finding party supplies for that anyone knows where I could get them that would be great!

I believe oriental trading also has lots of themed items for birthday parties. You could try etsy too. I found a lot there for my daughters party.

We are doing lo birthday party in paw patrol even his cake and we got almost everything at Walmart super cheap but the cake was at Publix .... Only because we got a smash cake for free
