I've been doing pretty well on the eating front, so no changes there. I cannot get enough kiwi.

My exercise goal remains the same. Run 3 times a week. I failed last week with a busy week and only did twice but no big deal. I'll be out on summer break soon enough and will get the extra exercise in then.

DH wants to go hiking this weekend so I'm looking forward to that too.

My favorite zoo animal is the elephants!

What is your health/nutrition goal for the week? EAT LESS CARBS! I seriously need to get back on the wagon. I was doing so well!

What is your fitness goal for the week? Eat better and exercise

Are there any challenges you're facing this week? Food aversions and fatigue

How did you do with your goals last week? terrible. Just awful.

What is your health/nutrition goal for the week? To try and fit in some veggies or meat this week. I still have no appetite for anything that's not awful for me.

What is your fitness goal for the week? Take at least 1 walk a day with the toddler, but it's so hard when I can barely get up to pee without wanting to be sick.

Are there any challenges you're facing this week? All day nausea, rain, exhaustion from toddler not sleeping.

How did you do with your goals last week? I drank more water? Tried to make better food options.

GTKY: What is your favorite animal at the zoo? Cheetahs. They're fun to watch run!

Bonus Bumpie Challenge: Treat Yourself! 1st Trimester can be rough! Pamper yourself with a mani/pedi, get your hair done, or indulge in your favorite dessert. I have a hair appointment for next week. I haven't had my hair done since September.

@Kate08Young just copy and paste girl! Find a gif you like, copy, and then paste right in the comment as you would a link or a quote. Don't do none of that html type stuff.

I love a good gif party!

@Kate08Young, I mostly bump from my phone and I downloaded the Giphy app. Once you find one you like you can just save it and insert it as a picture. Idk if you're a mobile bumper or not, but thought I'd share just in case!

I find a gif by googling, right click - Copy Image Location. Head to bump reply box.
click on the "</>" button and then type <img src=*>
Except where the * is, I paste my gif link
