The further i progress into this pregnancy, the more i am considering finding a new doctor. After multiple MC, a stillbirth, and a SCH, my doctor still sees no reason to consider me high risk. I feel that i should be monitored a little more closely than once a month. Also take into consideration that i am a third shift tech in a nursing home. i am.constantly pulling and tugging on people. Ive had to miss wyite a bit of work because of the SCH. My charge nurses, my supervisor, and
I all feel that it would be in my best interest to be on light duty at work. My doctor is hesitant to do so. i love my doctor's personality, but I'm beginning to wonder if her prwctice is meeting my needs.
Sorry, didn't know exactly where to put this, but i had to rant.

Also, a second opinion will help ease your mind. Just do it

I'm also high risk and only have monthly appointments until third tri. I'll be monitored much more the last few weeks of this pregnancy. But if you feel like your doctor isn't listening to your concerns there is nothing wrong with switching.

I, personally, am comfortable with that. But if you're uncomfortable with your doctor for any reason, don't hesitate to seek a second opinion. Your doctor works for you and should listen to all your concerns. They should put you at ease, either by changing treatment, clearly explaining their reasoning, or simply because you trust them. But if you don't feel at ease, your pregnancy will be miserable and filled with uncertainty.
Do whatever you need to do to take care of yourself. Good luck!
I'm asking because I'm an occupational therapist in a nursing home so I'm familiar with the struggle of transferring patients.

Good luck on your search! And I hope that bleeding stops for you, I still have it daily but was told to just expect it until the SCH is gone. Kind of a bummer we can't enjoy not having a period because of bleeding or spotting and then have the added stress of wondering if everything is alright.
