I use Ovia and Glow. The glow community is crazy but I like the little floating baby and I can keep track of things daily like vitamins, bleeding, and other symptoms. Ovia is cute, they have good videos and I like their hand print size and their baby size comparison.
Ovia and a pregnancy countdown clock app. It shows how much time i have left until each trimester as well as due date and an approximate length and weight that you can sit and watch change lol

Just ovia. I like that you can pick different things for baby size. Lego person is much better visual for me than strawberry (since strawberries can vary in size.) Also easier for my kids to understand. And after seeing the fetus picture (which cartoony and yellow) my two year old refers to the baby as "yellow baby".
Ovia and Glow, for all the same reasons as @Greencows4812. Ditto everything she said H uses Glow and likes it too.

Wow, I didn't know you could change that. How?? I just checked the app and can't figure it out. Oh, maybe I should try the desktop version to change it??
I use WTE, Ovia, and read Alphamom and Pregnant Chick blogs pregnancy calendars. Ovia is my favorite. It give you daily facts and tips. It also has a "safe to foods" and "safe medications" tab that I used very often during my first pregnancy.
Edit: nevermind, the desktop version is no longer supported.

If you click on the picture that shows the size of baby, it should pop up and at the bottom it says pick a theme.

Oh yay! That option wasn't there for me but I checked and I needed to update the app. I fixed it now! Thanks! I'm much more excited about this than I probably should be. :-)

Mainly because I can set it to Parisian bakery items for sizing - lavender buds and canapés just make it feel more sophisticated!
I also like seeing the little hand comparison - it's so crazy to see how tiny the hand is in a "actual size" way like that.
