  How many weeks?

  Movement?
  Finally this last week I've started to feel them internally. The darn anterior placenta is really blocking anything external though. I noticed I really only feel them if I'm laying down and I move on my side. 
  
  Any recent cravings?
  Vanilla soft serve ice cream and cinnamon rolls. All they want are sweets. I finally started eating salads again.
  
  Anatomy scan?
  We've had two already. An early one at 16 weeks and another at 20, they look good. We have another ultrasound next week. We have appts every 2 weeks with MFM.
  
  Questions/comments/raves/rants?!
  I think I'm still a little in shock that in a few months we will have two babies. Part of me wonders how I will handle it!? I'm not gonna lie I've had a couple little panic moments where I'm like shit I can't just go out to dinner or shopping or travel whenever I want!

  Movement?
  Finally! Started feeling them (and knowing for sure it was them) around week 20-21. Can't feel from the outside yet, but can't wait for my husband to be able to feel them move. 
  
  Any recent cravings?
  I crave milk ALL THE TIME. And I hate milk. We're going through a gallon every 4 days or so just between me and my husband. I've also been craving ice cream which is weird because I don't typically have a sweet tooth. 
  
  Anatomy scan? 
  Had ours 4 weeks ago and all looked good! Had another US yesterday and babies are still looking good and on track. The boy is 1lb 7oz and the girl is 1lb 4oz. Didn't get very good pics though, so that was kind of a bummer.
  
  
  Questions/comments/raves/rants?!
  For a while I was hardly showing, and then around 21 weeks my belly just shot out. Now I feel like I'm huge and I'm worried about how big I'm going to be towards the end of it all. I also have similar "freak out" moments like @tmk0325 when I think about how different our lives are going to be around 3 months from now!

  A ton! Baby boy (a) is a mover and a shaker. He is all over. Baby girl (b) is going to come out a black belt in karate! They love the sound of their dads voice and always respond with kicks. I've been on bedrest at home until Tuesday, they would be really calm if he was outside working in the yard, etc and always get so active when he would start talking. He's felt them kick a ton from the outside. 
  
  Any recent cravings?
  Wendy's chicken sandwich with no tomato. I ate one every day until I realized they were the cause of why I wasn't feeling good. I used to hate Wendy's too. 
  
  Anatomy scan?
  Had a quick one at 16 weeks and the full one at 19. We just had another growth scan Tuesday at our MFM. Both babies are right on target for everything. Both were in the 70-75% range. 
  
  Questions/comments/raves/rants?!
  I got put on hospital bedrest Tuesday. I'm having a really hard time adjusting since the hospital is an hour away from home. My mom has been up yesterday and today but I'm not sure when I'll get to see her again. I break down at least 3 times a day missing my husband. He came to visit tonight but could only stay for a couple hours since he had to get back for work tomorrow. Luckily, he will be back Saturday and staying he night. I'm a very strong person and it takes a lot to break me down. But I can already feel I'm slipping into depression not from boredom, but from missing him. I'm supposed to be here a minimum of 5 weeks and I'm not sure how I'm going to make it.

  I feel humongous! Scared for my final bump day photo! 3 months is all!!! So crazy! I already have two boys at home so now I feel ill just be prisoner at my house because the attempt of taking 4 under 4 out of the house sounds incredibly scary and challenging.

  I don't know if any of you watch Greys Anatomy, but I'm watching last nights episode and it's about a pregnant woman and baby and now I'm a bit freaked out about delivery.

  @tmk0325 my cervix has shortened down to 1.6 cm. It got that short in under 10 days. I went in last Tuesday for my weekly check it was 2.9, went back Thursday it was 2.2. Then had my follow up this Tuesday and it was 1.6 with a considerable funnel. Luckily, there's been no dilation but it's just really thin. They're going to check me again today to make sure I'm not dilating. If so, they're going to place a cerclage.

  Oh wow! Positive thoughts coming your way! What have you been doing with your time there? I'd probably be binge watching a lot of tv. I also own a couple of adult coloring books, they are awesome at passing the time if you need something to do!

  My mom had been here the past two days so that helped my time go by fast talking with her. We could be together a week straight and never run out of things to talk about. Today I don't have any visitors coming so I've been on Facebook a lot and playing games on my phone. The nurses brought in coloring books and crossword puzzles for me. They put a list together of their favorite Netflix shows. I have our tablet with me so will watch them soon. I honestly haven't even turned the tv on in my room. I just have no interest for some reason. I think it's from missing my husband so bad. I just wait to hear from him on his drive to work, lunch and after he's off.

  Oh no! 5 weeks on hospital bed rest?! Just remind yourself when you're down that it's what is best to keep those babies safe and sound! Maybe your hubby could write you little notes and put them in a jar so you can pull one out each day when you are missing him the most! @n&a2013

  @megframe16 that's a really cute idea. I'm not sure he would go for it though. He's not a super romantic or "softy" guy. His idea of romance or showing me how much he cares is throwing an air mattress is the bed of the truck and driving to the state lake out in the middle of nowhere watching for shooting stars. Not that I am complaining one bit because I love that about him, just not sure he would do it. I definitely would though and still might do it for him to let him know how much I appreciate everything he is doing at home for my piece of mind and letting me cook these babes as long as possible. I think he's having a tougher time than he is letting on as well. Thank you for the suggestion!

  @n&a2013 I'm so sorry you are on bed rest.  I am also really worried about having a shortened cervix. I was told by my doctors that after 24 weeks they don't measure the cervical length again unless I'm having contractions. I wish they would check weekly just so I could have peace of mind and so I know if I should be on bed rest. I'm glad they caught it on you. Sounds like the nurses are being very nice. I was on bed rest because of hg and was basically on my phone the entire time. Also, lots of naps. 
  
  Im 24 weeks 2 days
  i finally started feeling movement about two weeks ago. I have an anterior placenta which made it take forever. It still can't be felt from the outside:( hopefully soon!
  anatomy scan went well but a week later my mono di twins developed stage 2 twin to twin transfusion syndrome. We flew to Hopkins and got laser ablation surgery. Surgery went well! Now I'm just trying to keep them in for as long as possible. I've put myself on a modified bed rest. I'm mostly home and in bed or laying on my couch, but I do go on small excursions a few times a week (doctors, grocery store, parents house). 
  I'm on zofran now for the hg which is working better than what I was on before, but TMI it makes me constipated which sucks.
  In happy news- now that I'm on better medication for my hg, I finally am starting to get more excited about meeting my babies. I've been pinteresting twin nurseries and learning about strollers- the fun stuff! Yay!

  @Isabelfuentes2015 I was thinking about you and was wondering if you ended up needing the surgery. John Hopkins was the closest place that would do it?  Is there any chance it can continue - the TTTS? I'm happy to hear it went well for you! I'm on the every two week check and go back next week. The possibilityof ttts has been on my mind!

  @tmk0325  we went with Hopkins because of their fetal surgery team. Even though it was farther away it was totally worth it! Both doctors were amazing. There is always a chance of it coming back but overall it reduced our chances of developing taps and saved our babies! I am monitored weekly now, which I love. It's great you are being seen every two weeks. Make sure they check fluids AND dopplers. Good luck!!! I think chances of getting ttts goes down a bunch at week 27.

  @Isabelfuentes2015 I'm happy to hear it was good and the chances are lower now. Yes my specialist said once you get past 26-27 weeks the odds of it happening go down, but it still can always happen. I'm really happy at my last two appts they were weighing the same and there were no issues with fluids, etc. Good luck the rest of your pregnancy!
