I've been studying the last couple of months for my real estate sales licensing exam. I finally took it last week and passed. I have an appointment tomorrow with Berkshire Hathaway to sign paperwork to become a sales agent with them. This is the first time I've had an out-of-the-house job since 2010. While I'm super excited to start my new adventure, I'm also a little bummed I won't be able to take advantage of the 3 days a week my toddler is in preschool by vegging on the couch! Also, I went to buy some maternity business wear this weekend and I can't believe I have to spend $$ on clothes that I'll never wear again after October. Also, any real estate agents on the board? I'd love some pointers!
