Child support court hearing

I have a child support court hearing May 4. I have no ide what to expect or what's going to happen. All I know is I need to dress decent and have a sitter for my daughter. Any stories or tips would be greatly appreciated! Just trying to figure out what's going to happen that day.

    It greatly varies by state, marital status, and many other factors.  Is this part of a divorce proceeding?  Is this a custody mediation?  Has paternity been established and legitimized?  Is the child's father contesting the support amount? 

    My suggestion is to discuss this with either your lawyer or your local child support enforcement agency for more details. 
    If there's something strange underneath the hood.  Who you gonna call?  Your Doctor.  If there's something weird and it don't look good.  Who you gonna call?  Your Doctor.  Immediately.  If it's new, painful, and possibly pregnancy related get your ass off the internet and call your doctor.  It's for your health and your child's.

    Thank you. No we're not married, paternity hasn't been established. It's suppose to be and I'm assuming that's what we're going to talk about during the hearing. He wants nothing to do with our daughter and has only seen her three times since she was born. So I'm really hoping he doesn't try to get a lot of visitation because he doesn't deserve it at all.
