Our win is sleep related too, DD has been sleeping for 7-8 hour stretches for the last week - she goes down at about 9pm and sleeps until 4 or 5am then wakes to eat and is usually back down until 7 or 8 which is awesome. It's amazing how some consistent sleep makes everything better!
I was up at 5:45 for the day. I nursed DS and put him back to bed, unloaded the dishwasher, cleaned the cat box, took out the trash, had breakfast, did a Jillian Michaels 30 day shred video, and took a shower all before 8am and before the kids woke up! I'm off to a great start
Madison slept from 9-6:30 this morning and then until 8:45. She didn't even need to be put back down at the beginning of the night, she just knocked right out. She's such a champ
Last night little man finally slept for 6 hours from 9-3,and then went back down till 730! He's getting better about self soothing at night and putting himself back to sleep and it's making such a difference. It may not last but for today I'm a happy and well rested momma!
Caleb slept from 8:30pm-5:30 and again from 6am-9 am last night/this morning! That is the longest stretch of sleep we have gotten from him so far. Hopefully he keeps it up!
Last night from 5:30-7:45 I managed to unload the dishwasher, make and eat dinner, clean it up, load the dishwasher, hand wash the pans, get the diaper bag ready for today, pack lunches, bathe my 5yr old, fold and put away a load of laundry, bathe the baby, feed the baby, put him to bed and then DH got home from school and I went grocery shopping!
@dtaded13 I thought I learned to work fast with DD1. Now that I have two, it's like lightning speed. My pre-baby self would've taken an hour to do what it takes me 10 minutes to do now.

So true! I've always been pretty good at multi tasking but with each child it just gets easier and faster!
LO fell asleep in her car seat this morning, so I put her in the house (with the door open), and DD1 and I planted the rest of one of our garden beds. I've been wanting to get it done for a week and a half but DD2s fussies kept us from staying outside long enough to get it done.
LO actually napped today! The last week or so she's been catnapping for 30 to 40min and today we finally got back to 1.5 to 2hr naps. Means I got stuff done, took a nice long shower and was able to get a little nap in myself and she's not as fussy. Now we'll see if she can keep this up...
After 7-1/2 long weeks we are FINALLY breastfeeding without the boppy and in the cradle position (I've done football with a boppy until now). Dare I say, her latch feels even better in this position and I finally feel confident to feed her wherever I need to since I'm not relying on the boppy! Breastfeeding has been so challenging for us so I am on cloud 9 today. I just want to breastfeed all day!.... Ok I kind of do anyways but now I'm excited to! Lol

I can't wait to ditch the pillow (I just use a regular bed pillow). My LO still can't stay latched without me holding the boob. Life (and going out!) gets so much easier when they'll nurse with you just holding them in your arm!
