what is an all natural mosquito repellent that is safe for pregnant women? Any recommendations on what has worked best for you is appreciated.

My baby shower will be outdoors, so if you have an outdoor recommendation as well, that would be wonderful.

There are several posts about this that you can search for and get more suggestions, they're probably all in Zika threads :-)
That being said, if you live in an area at risk for Zika or are worried about Zika then you'll want to use something with DEET. It's not natural, but it's what's recommended by the CDC.
If, like me, stepping outside on a nice day makes you a mosquito magnet and you just want to not be, I like this:

I second the Repel it is the only deet free spray we have found that works for DS (and we have tried them all). It's what I've been using as well this pregnancy there have been no know cases of Zika in my area.

I bought beekman 1805 repellent and bug repellent soap. Not sure how well it works yet but I hope it works!

If you want to stay away from the harsher chemicals you can try Avon Skin So Soft. It has actually been researched and is 85% as effective as deet without the chemicals. I grew up using the stuff in South Florida and it works suprisingly well and smells good too.

I bought fancy non-DEET spray (which the CDC says is also effective). It was oily, itchy and I had to wash it off immediately. Then got eaten alive until I used some DEET stuff. A few hours of DEET won't hurt anybody.
