First time pregnancies take longer than subsequent ones. With my first I was past 20 weeks before it was obvious to others. This time I'm 14 weeks and it's becoming obvious.
I just look like I've gained weight (and I have! 6lb already), my muffin top is out of control.
With DS I was a lot heavier so it took longer to show. I think part of my deal now is that I'm sort of showing earlier because it's my 2nd and I'm much smaller than I was.
I started showing before I was even pregnant! Lol I hold all my weight at my belly and I was plus size. At least when people ask me now if I'm pregnant I can say yes!
At work 1 woman asked if I was pregnant at 10 weeks, and another asked at 11. I couldn't believe they had the nerve to ask that when it could definitely have been just extra tacos at that point! So yeah now at 14 weeks I'm definitely showing. But this is my second--I didn't show till closer to 20 with my first.
With my first I didn't start to show until I was 18 weeks and even then I was so small. Now I'm 15 weeks with my 5th pregnancy but 3rd baby and I look like I did with my 2nd at 20 weeks. Everyone is different and every pregnancy is different.
@LauraPCOS, I'm right there with you. Looked quite pregnant before i became pregnant 15 weeks, but look to be 5 months or so. I've gained weight everywhere but my bump.
This is my second pregnancy, and I'm just starting to pop out a little. The bloat has gone down and a teeny bump is appearing. Last go around, I started showing around 16 weeks... so I'm 2 weeks ahead this time.

I had two coworkers (who know) tell me I was showing last week at 12+4 but I blame it on a poor wardrobe choice. Maternity jeans and a tunic style shirt that was great at week 4 and that will be great once the bump is pronounced, but apparently, doesn't work right now.
I'm a big girl so I was worried people would just think I'm fat. I've never had a belly though, so *I* noticed as soon as my bump came in. But at 15 weeks, I'm definitely showing and getting asked about it, which is fun!
First baby, but not my first pregnancy. I didn't think it would make a difference but it has. Doc said because I've been pregnant multiple times, my muscles are still compromised even though I never got past 9 weeks. Any amount of stretching will weaken them she said.
I was convinced I had a little bump. A girl at work (who knows) said something about it last week. But, when I took my first weekly bump picture this morning, I could hardly see anything. So it's probably more in my head than anything. I think I'm still in the "looks kinda fat" stage.
I'm 13+2 with my first and have a little bump in the morning that is low and hard and I definitely can't sleep on my stomach anymore. You can kinda see it if you look in the AM but by mid day I look like a 6 months pregnant water buffalo. I've always been prone to bloat, I'd seriously hold 10 lbs of water during AF but the pregnancy bloat is like nothing I've ever seen.

I know I'm going to hate myself later for saying this when I'm huge and uncomfortable, but I just wish something that resembles a bump would appear! I'm 14+1 with my first and I'm just CRAZY BLOATED! I'm already a bit more on the thicker side, so I figured it would be awhile...but right now I'm bloated just enough that no pants really fit, but there's no major difference in my tummy to try and get away with just letting it stick out. It just looks like I'm puffy and lumpy. Thank goodness for high-waisted leggings and flowy shirts!
@LMNOBaby to encourage you: with my first I got super bloated until just past 15 weeks, then the bloat just disappeared pretty much overnight and bump appeared a week or two later It's normal not to show until more like 20wks the first time.
Thanks @kmvisioli! My flowy shirts aren't so flowy anymore...I'm hoping to actually look like a pregnant lady, instead of just a puffy lady! Just a few more weeks!
@kmvisioli I think that's what's happening to me here at 16 weeks! I feel way smaller now than I did 2 weeks ago! I think my bloat has gone way down, there's barely anything there in the morning these days. Of course after dinner that's a different story haha
