in 1st Trimester
I am a total post killer tonight. I think it's because it's a Saturday and I'm just a big loser sitting here (Ok, ok, actually it's really snowy out there and DH and I decided to stay in tonight)..

Anyway, I've replied to a few posts (including a couple fishing posts I figured that would get a zillion replies each) but then they died. No one else came in. :(

I'm bored! Come out and play!?

    I'm here. I've been sick all day and I'm finally getting to eat some crackers that DH went and got me. The roads here are crap we are makeing sure to not go anywhere until tomroow...maybe.

    MissBritt- the roads suck here, too- we went to the grocery store today and had to bring the car to the cart because the cart wouldn't roll through the snow!! I'm sorry your sick- are the crackers helping?

    I work for the local TV station. And no I get a measly half hour break that goes by way too fast...I try to get a cat nap in but then I wouldn't have time to eat....haha.

    Cool! Except for the break part- I always hated those mandatory 30 minute (unpaid) breaks.. then they make you stay for 8.5 hours. I guess a 60 minute break would mean you'd have to stay for 9 hours.?

    I had DH go to the store by himself. Crackers are helping a little. Its the trying to drink the gatorade thats more of a problem. As long as I don't spike a fever I'll be ok... I really don't feel like going to the ER tonight...

    I'll share some snow too.... I think we only have 4 inches but you can take it all if you want it!

    Hmm. If the Gatorade won't stay down, have you tried popsicles? Sometimes it's hard to sip slowly when you're really thirsty, so I try popsicles to get a little sugar and some hydration. It seems to help. :)

    I didn't think about popsicles. But I'm the person who bites them and chews them up so I think it might be hard for that too.

    I'm only haveing a hard time with the gatorade because my throat is hurting so bad and I'm kind of stuffed up so it's making it hard to breath.

    But hey, I just keep telling myself that on Tuesday I get to see and hear my baby for the first time! ANd that's keeping me in good spirits!

    Ohhh that's so exciting about Tuesday!! It looks like you start new weeks on Tuesdays, too. I look forward to them every week!

    That sucks about the sore throat- maybe ice chips or something?

    I've been sucking on ice... it's getting better.

    I'm way excited about Tuesday but DH won't be able to go whic sucks but my mom is letting my little sister skip school in the morning to go with me, :)

    Haha- I just noticed it, too! Things are good with me- I actually was feeling a little nauseous tonight (not normal for me) but I've been sucking on orange popsicles, LOL..

    laurapgmartinez....I hear ya!  I want snow too!  I'm sick of this cold rain...no fun!  My husky looooovveess the snow and we never see any:-(  I'm here....waiting for DH to come home from a wrestling tournament in NY.  I"m just playing on my laptop and watching the Panthers get their ASS kicked by Arizona!

    My football season ended when the Broncos decided they didn't want to play in the Superbowl this year and lose a 3 game lead, then completely flat-line to those d*mn chargers in their must win game.....

    Then of course my second team of choice, The Colts, decided they wanted to suck again the d*mn chargers too....

    So who do I route for now?

    My border collie is OBSESSED with the snow right now. She has spent the entire day scratching at the door. I think that's because we let her out off-leash because the snow is deep and she can't get very far. She bounds around and sticks her nose in it and is SO happy!

    My football season ended pretty much after the first game, LOL. The Browns suck. Mostly because of coaching, I think, but then they went and fired the coach and GM and hired Eric Mangini...?

    I don't understand that- let's hire the guy who just got fired for doing an equally sucky job in an identical position on another team!

    Ah...the Browns.  Here is my dilemma with the Browns...

    I HATE the Browns...

    BUT...

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Brady Quinn.  Because I love Quinn so much I therefore cheer for the Browns (that is as long as they're not playing the Broncos, haha).

    I'm a Notre Dame fan hence the obsession with Quinn.

    LOL. Quinn. When he held out on a contract, they held out on letting him play, so I actually have mixed feelings on him. The problem was that there was no way he could turn the team around with Crennel coaching. I'm hoping something changes with Mangini but I am doubtful. :)

    Don't worry- most of Cleveland is right there with you on hating the Browns.. all except for what, 4 games a season? LOL DH was at the store with me the other day and we saw a display of Browns stuff- he said, "30 bucks? No way! They should charge a dollar for every win. Maybe 2. This stuff should be 4 bucks, 8 tops!"
