Hello I'm new *loss mentioned*

I'm a newcomer. I posted this in the checkin and then realized I should of made a new thread.

 We have been ttc for 19 long months. We had miscarriage in August.  It was tough on me mentally.  Diagnosed with endo in February. Had surgery to clean it up. We are currently ttc naturally for a few months as I have no fertility coverage. Just got AF today and was very disappointed. I had really high hopes that it was the month. On to month 2.

i have been trying not to stress over cycles when we first stared ttc. Just started Opks last cycle. I feel like we are missing something. I want to do more charting/tracking. What does everybody recommend for tracking cycles and ovulation?

    Hi & welcome, I'm sorry you find yourself here and I'm sorry for your loss. Many women on here can understand how you're feeling. I hope you find the support you are looking for here.
    Many of us use the Fertility Friend (FF) app to track Basal Body Temp (BBT). They have great tutorials for getting started. Many people also recommend reading Taking charge of your fertility, which is a book that covers lots of information about your cycle and optimizing success. Lots  of people recommend the Mabis BBT thermometer from amazon, but I've had better charts with the CVS BBT one.

    Me 34 DH 36 Married since July 2010 
    MFI (High DNA Fragmentation) & Mild endometriosis
    TTC #1 since June 2015 
    Aug 2016 - May 2017  6 IUI's with letrozole - BFN
    April 2017 - laparoscopy to remove mild endo
    June 2017 - Mini IVF letrozole 12.5mg, Gonal-F 75IU - Cancelled early ovulation, no eggs retrieved. 
    Aug/Sept 2017 - Mini IVF letrozole 12.5mg, Gonal-F 75IU, cetrotide - 13 eggs retrieved, 11 mature
    5 eggs ICSI'd 6 eggs frozen - 1 day 5 blast transfered, 2 expanded blast frozen - BFP!
    May 2018 - Baby girl born - Our Joy

    TTC #2 since July 2019
    July 2019 - FET - BFN
    Jan 2020 - FET - canceled due to family health issues
    Mar 2020 - FET - low beta - chemical pregnancy
    July 2020 - ICSI'd remaining 6 eggs - 3 fertilized - 2 survived to early blast stage, transfered both - Chemical Pregnancy

    Ditto above!  Temping can give you loads of info. Most women on this board use fertility friend. My insurance doesn't pay for infertility treatment either. I have some money saved for maternity leave but it may end up all going towards fertility treatment.

    TTC since May 2015 with domestic partner of 13 years. Me 33 OH 33.  No ovulation or natural menstruation. Normal SA.
    Diagnosed PCOS February 2016
    First cycle 50mg Clomid 5/3/16, O'd CD 19 BFN
    Second cycle 50mg Clomid 6/1/16 O'd CD 18 BFN
    Third cycle Clomid 6/29/16 O'd CD 16 BFP @11dpo!
    EDD April 3 and praying things work out!

    Thanks for the all the advice. I just downloaded fertility friend. I will start checking bbt tomorrow.

    Mild PCOS, Compound Heterozygous MTHFR
    No Folic acid/pharmaceuticals/supplements (too many to list- private message me if interested), IVIL infusion

    @kayla1232 Welcome! I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I also use Fertility Friend and have found it very helpful. Best of luck to you!

    TTC #1 since Oct 2014
    Dx: unexplained infertility (+ treated for hypothyroidism)
    March 2016: IUI#1 w/ Clomid, Ovidrel, Progesterone, Estradiol - BFN
    April-May 2016: treatment on hold due to bad thyroid levels, adjusted meds
    June 2016: IUI#2 w/ Clomid, Ovidrel, Progesterone, Estradiol - BFN
    July 2016: on hold again due to thyroid
    July 13th: IVF consult
    August 2016: IUI#3 w/ Femara, Ovidrel, Progresterone - BFN
    Sept/Oct 2016: IVF + ICSI

    Welcome and I'm sorry you find yourself here, but you've come to a good place for support.  I don't have any advice to add to what has already been said, just wanted to welcome you!
    ***BFP & Child Warning***

    Me: 34, DH: 38 ~ TTC since 2014
    IUI #1-3 (Nov 2015, Feb 2016, May 2016) = BFNs
    IVF ER (July 2016) = 7 PGS normal embryos
    FET #1 (Sept 2016) = BFP! DD born 5/30/17
    FET #2 (April 2019) = BFN
    FET #3 (July 2019) = BFP! DS born 3/27/20
