Hi ladies! I'm due in a week and was just curious how long it has taken for your pelvic gertle pain/psd to go away after delivery. I can't wait to be somewhat normal again!

I delivered today and had almost immediate relief from a majority of my SPD pain. It was the same with my first. Hang in there!

Yep delivered last week, immediate relief (once the epi wore off). I almost cried for joy when I realized it was gone.
