We had leftover lentil soup last night. Mon - chili and rice Tues - I'm going to make another lentil soup (this is a staple in our house) Wed - grilled cheese and tomato soup Thurs - tacos with the neighbors Fri - maybe we will go out?
DH is in Rome on business until Thursday. I have a few things I feel like making, but I suspect that my motivation to actually do so will be nearly non-existant.
I was going to make pad thai tonight so I have it for lunches and dinners the next few days, but that requires me to leave the house (I work from home today). I think that I will probably end up eating a frozen pre-prepared paleo meal tonight and do the pad thai tomorrow.
Thursday DH will be home & I will make paleo bison & sweet potato chili.
DH thought about grilling some chicken thighs some time this week. He got a new grill a week ago, so he's been grilling non stop since! It was chicken and steak last week, yum!
We usually don't plan meals too far in advance. But, DH is determined to make sure this baby eats well! We actually eat pretty well already with most meals having a protein and at least a veggie.

Monday- Chicken breasts with mushrooms, asparagus and brown rice Tuesday- Taco bowl Wednesday- crock pot lasagna with side salad Thursday- Sweet potato and lentil soup with a grilled cheese Friday- OUT!
Thanks for starting this thread! I'm going to the grocery store today and these ideas are so helpful. I'm going to get stuff to make homemade pizza, egg salad, maybe tacos, and I'll probably get a marinated pork tenderloin.
@MrsBinPA I wish I could make pad thai! DH is allergic to peanuts :-(
I anticipate a lot of eating things I froze ahead this week, since I'm exhausted just sitting here and DH is feeling a bit under the weather. Tonight, probably dahl and brown rice and salad. Tomorrow, going out with friends. Wednesday, maybe salmon, potatoes and broccoli. Thursday, chickpea stew from the freezer Friday, ??? Maybe potato chowder. I like soup and I have it all preped and frozen. We're also trying to have a salad at lunch or dinner and a fruit smoothie every day. Gotta get those fruits and veggies

Re: Meal Plans week of 4/18/16
Mon - chili and rice
Tues - I'm going to make another lentil soup (this is a staple in our house)
Wed - grilled cheese and tomato soup
Thurs - tacos with the neighbors
Fri - maybe we will go out?
Wednesday and Friday a baked, breaded chicken with veggies.
I'd like to start cooking one weekend night to save a little money, but I don't think this will be that week lol.
No other plans yet but the only foods that don't make me gag thinking about them are salty carbs. Super healthy

Monday to Thursday (I pack my lunch in bulk for the week and keep it at work):
Breakfast: Greek yogurt and banana
Snack: grapes
Lunch: potato salad
Snack: Apple Sauce
Dinner: Tacos (whole wheat tortillas, fresh red pepper, red onion, avocado, and grated cheese
Friday is a "treat yo-self" kinda day - I eat anything I want. Sadly I am vegetarian and can never eat enough protein...
ETA: I'm trying to eat more fruit this week, maybe the sweetness will keep me on track and the watery fruit will help with the thirst/nausea
