Kara or Ella/ Eleanor

We think we have settled on a name for our daughter, but i'm still not 100% sure and wanted to do a poll. We want a name with family meaning and want to name her after my Grandmother Eleanor Elizabeth, who recently passed away. So this is what we have narrowed it down to:
Kara Beth (My Grandmother was Irish and Kara is Irish and means friend. Beth is a short version of Elizabeth) Or
Eleanor Elizabeth- nn Ella Or
Ella May (I prefer to call my kids by their full names, so I'm leaning towards Ella instead of Eleanor since I like that better than Eleanor)
PS- We are not crazy about popular names (top 100) but think that loving the name is more important than popularity.
