Symptoms/raves/rants? Not too bad. Hip discomfort and trouble sleeping. BH's are getting more intense, but aren't doing anything to my cervix.
Appointment update? I had a check-up this morning. BP was great and baby's heartrate was in the 140's. I had my GBS swab (no big deal) and was checked for the first time. Not dilated and baby is still high. Wasn't expecting anything differently. I'm now on to weekly check-ups!
What baby item do you have that you are most excited about? I'm excited about the used MamaRoo that I purchased!
Symptoms/raves/rants? I think baby may be moving down as I have more pelvic pressure lately but somehow I'm also still having trouble breathing and getting rib kicks... so maybe he's just a big baby? Also his movements are much sharper and I can see my whole belly moving which is fun/weird.
Appointment update? Nothing out of the ordinary... 36 week appointment on Friday and I think I'll have my GBS swab and possibly a sonogram to check his position.

What baby item do you have that you are most excited about? I love our Foscam monitor! Since we're going to try to get baby to sleep in his nursery from pretty early on I think I'll be using that a lot.
Symptoms/raves/rants? I woke up today feeling just generally unwell. Exhausted, achy, etc. Hoping it passes and I don't have to spend the next 3 weeks like this.
Appointment update? Wednesday for GBS (yay) cervical check (yay) and something else that sounded equally as unpleasant as the first two things
Questions for the group? Are you installing your own car seat or are you having the fire department do it?
What baby item do you have that you are most excited about? I'm excited to see what he thinks of the rock & play. Everyone I talked to said it's a magical baby item so I'm curious to see how he likes it.
Symptoms/raves/rants? Raves - Feeling baby move, as always
Rants: I hurt my back sacroiliac last Tuesday. I've been seeing a chiropractor since Wednesday morning. I haven't had any improvement since Friday. I am really bummed. I was hoping I'd be back to running soon (my pelvic pain is gone for now) but it doesn't look like it..
Appointment update? I have an appointment next week where I gets the GBS.
Questions for the group? How many of you are completely done your nursery? We finally did our accent wall, and got the crib all ready to go.
What baby item do you have that you are most excited about? I am excited about the cloth diapers to be honest. I can't wait to start using them! I am also excited about the rock and play. My friend got it for me because she said it was a lifesaver for her.

9/15/2015: BFP HCG - 400, 9/17/2015: HCG - 827, 9/21/2015 - HCG 3,327!Symptoms/raves/rants: Woke up with really intense pain in my lower right side- kind of like a stitch? Went away after moving around a bit. Has anyone else had this?
Next appointment: Tomorrow for a regular check in.

Baby item you are most excited about: I'm actually really excited about cloth diapering also! We also got a care package from an ex-coworker of mine with a little tub, shark robe and bamboo wash clothes for LO so I am now quite excited to give his cute little booty a bath
Symptoms/raves/rants? Fatigue and feeling like someone punched me in my vagina. I also feel like my bump is growing bigger by the hour.
Appointment update? My next appointment is next Thursday - 36w2d. I'll be getting the GBS swab.

What baby item do you have that you are most excited about? My MIL got us the rain forest jumperoo, and it's huge. We actually are having to store it in my office, but I am in love with it. I feel like I'm tripping on acid every time I look at it. I'm also super excited that my dad splurged and got us the UppaBaby Vista stroller we wanted. We're getting it in this week!
@adorkablepixie It's ready for her, but not really finished. I still have a wall I have no idea what to do with, clothes to wash, and dresser to organize.
@adorkablepixie We're finally done as of last weekend. Other than maybe hanging one more picture, but I'm not sure about it yet.

Symptoms/raves/rants? Pressure and more pressure, random contractions here and there, lots of waddling and huffing and puffing.
Appointment update? I had a growth check on Wednesday since DD was IUGR. Baby boy is already estimated over 6lbs, which is bigger than his sister was when she was born

What baby item do you have that you are most excited about? Mamaroo--I hope baby boy likes it more than his sister did... Also, the B-Ready double stroller seems pretty cool.
Symptoms/raves/rants: Carpal Tunnel. I was only getting 3-4 hours of sleep before, now let's make that 2-3 total with this awful constant pain!! My hip pain has also gone up a notch in the last week or so. My rant goes along with my lack of sleep... If I hear one more person say "wait until the baby gets here!" in response to my lack of sleep, I will freak out!! I am definitely going to get more than 2-3 hours a day once the baby is here. And even if I don't, I would so much rather wake up and be exhausted because of a crying baby than wake up and be exhausted because of constant, never ending physical pain. It feels like the world does not understand the extent to which I am miserable :-( RAVE!... I can't wait to meet our little guy! I feel more and more giddy everyday. I am so excited!!
Appt update... I have a 35 week apt because I got sent to the hospital at my 34 week appt because of my blood pressure... Fingers crossed things are still looking ok!
No questions for the group... But to respond- I installed our car seat bases this weekend and will bring them to the fire department to be checked, yes! It seems like an awesome free way to have a peace of mind :-)
Baby item I'm most excited about? Everything that the baby will actually lay in makes me happy :-) I can't wait until there's a baby in there!! Lol for myself I'm excited about our rocking chair... It's soooo comfortable and so cute!!
Symptoms/raves/rants? Swollen feet. Can't sleep for anything. Baby has definitely dropped some more so the waddle is even more fun right now. Overall just total discomfort.
Appointment update? Have one on Thursday. Dr seems to think she'll be early so I guess I'll find out then.
Questions for the group? Any of you have a date that you think the baby will come? For some reason I've had April 30 in my head for a while. So it would be interesting if that actually was the date she arrived!
What baby item do you have that you are most excited about? The baby. But really, I'm not sure. Having another baby shower this weekend so i'm hoping that this time we land more than 1 pack of diapers and not 50,000 outfits.

Symptoms/raves/rants? Rib pain. It's so bad I can't compare any other symptoms. Rave will always be baby wiggles! She's been creative lately and laying sideways! sorry baby, Mommy doesn't stretch that way!
Appointment update? Wed for ultrasound. According to my fundal height I'm measuring close to 3 weeks ahead. Dr. wants to check on baby and see if current birth plan is still a go or if I might need a c section because she might be too big for me to deliver vaginally.
Thursday is follow up with my OB, and I get the wonderful GB strep test.
Questions for the group? Has any ST+M's had babies that consistently measured ahead? If so, did you end up delivering early?

I think I'm mostly just excited for her to be here and the cute outfits I can put her in!
I hate hate hate when doctors talk csection because of a belly measurement. They are notoriously wrong!
And even if your baby is measuring big at the ultrasound (which can be off too) doesn't mean you still can't deliver vaginally. Plenty of women deliver 8/9/10lb babies vaginally just fine!
This! My DH was almost 11 pounds when he was born and he was delivered vaginally. Doctors are so quick to jump on the C-section train.

Legs and hips are becoming very sore while sleeping and BH are occurring more often lately/I feel pretty darn good otherwise! Excited that everything is starting to come together with all my little guy's stuff, and my last day of work is this Friday!/I've been ranting for the past few weeks about this- but my dr is pissing me off about his weight obsession. So much so, that this morning I took a photo of my scale to show him my ACTUAL weight

Symptoms/raves/rants? Anxiety has ramped up and work makes me want to jump off a very very high building, but only a few more days of that and then I get to nest and get excited about baby. Still not sleeping, but whatcha gonna do?
Appointment update? Went in last night for a super anxiety attack and have an appt today where I know my OB is going to be pissed I went to work today. Whateva.

What baby item do you have that you are most excited about? All the dresses! Seriously, I am stoked about this Winnie-the-Pooh lamp MH brought home the other day. I mean the lamp is cute, but the fact that he went into a baby consignment store and picked it out makes it even sweeter.
ETA: Try not to worry about the 24 hour urine catch--it's a pretty common precaution and definitely doesn't have to be a pre-e sentence!
@AliciaD39 I don't see you as a fly by poster! That shirt sounds cute. I ordered DH and baby boy outfits, the onsie says "Plays with Cars" and DH's shirt says, "Still Plays With Cars". I am thinking about waiting until either his birthday (which is June 6) or Father's Day to give it to him.

Still sleeping, but I must admit the only way I sleep is by lying flat on my back. I know that is apparently a no-no but if my body isn't waking me up then I imagine I'm good - I try to lay on my side and she just moves so much that it's like she's begging me to move back to my back.
Appointment update? On weekly's. No dilation last week and I don't feel different this week so I anticipate no new news tomorrow.
Questions for the group? Any reason to stop taking baths once you start dilating? My mother seems very concerned (she isn't a doctor and hasn't had a kid in 28 years...) but I didn't know if it was a serious concern for infection once you dilate. I'm totally a bath person and I can't imagine standing in a shower (the HUMANITY) - not relaxing!
What baby item do you have that you are most excited about? Joining some others with the Mamaroo. I'm jealous I can't fit in it and be tree swung to sleep...

Baby by item I'm most excited for is the rocking chair I just can't wait to sit in it in my nursery and think about baby and baby things!!!
@Kennedy0830 I wake up on my back all the time. It doesn't seem to affect me or baby and it isn't making me uncomfortable so I am assuming it's fine.
@saraleigh2 Makes me feel a little better than DH and I aren't the only ones who barely have started our nursery. It will get done! Though it's not a big deal if it's not done immediately I guess because I plan to have baby sleep in our room in the pack and play bassinet for a month or two.
