Re: TW Tuesday 4-12
I'm a weirdo and have kept my FRER that showed I'm pregnant for sure, and it is sitting on the window sill next to the potty. I keep it to hug it still... no judging.
But my dog grabbed it off the window sill (and left the other dark dark ones) and chewed it all up! I can still read the screen, so I put the pink cap back on and set it among its friends again....
Yea I'm the TW for keeping 24 pregnancy tests in order and for putting my treasured test in the same spot where the beast could steal it again.

My TW is myself. I just have absolutely no drive this week. My principal just walked in for the 2nd time today, first time I was up and working with the kids, this last one . . . . sitting on my computer reading threads on TB.
My excuse is I am tired, we had spring break, then 2 snow days last week, and Thursday is all day PTC the Friday is an inservice day. So another short week.

MY TW is my mother. I am taking her to Scotland for her 60th birthday and we were originally supposed to go in September. I asked her if we could switch to June since it would be so much more comfortable then. She was like, no that doesn't work for me, because what would I do with your brother? (Who will be 18!!) Her DH talked her into it but I'm like geez I have to beg my mom to hang out with me even when paying for it! She is not excited about this pregnancy at all.
My favorite person in the world is my 17 year old brother who overheard my mom telling her husband about all of this, and therefore found out way too early he sent me a text message " :'( :'( :'(
Married Jan 2008
DD Baby Bells born Dec 2016 5 lbs, 12 oz, 18"
Due with #2 Baby Arya EDD February 2020
My real annoyance though is that I have to use sick time for this, so if I don't get in today, I've wasted 4 hours and have to take another 4 tomorrow.
I have a full time job as a teacher, including benefits. I use my Bachelor's degree for it, yet my family qualifies for food stamps, health insurance assistance, and child care help. What does that tell you about how valued teachers are in Idaho.
ETA: We only use WIC, for help with L's formula, but just the fact that we qualify blows my mind.

When end you look at the big picture of how much is paid in property tax whether or not people have children in public schools, plus the federal and state grant money, it makes little sense to me why there isn't more money for teachers.
My TW is my mother. We are very close and she is outright pissed that I'm pregnant. Everyone was thrilled for baby number 1, why is #3 so terrible? I see her point that Its bad timing with school, but it was a surprise baby. Since it IS happening, can't she just be supportive?
