General checkup/ultrasound on Monday. Then hopefully my anatomy scan soon. Getting really anxious and tired of waiting for it.
Rants/Raves/Questions?
The babies have been quiet for several days now. I know it's nothing to worry about at this point, especially since I wasn't having regular movements before that point, but I can't help but stress out about it anyway. I'm sure everything's fine, though.
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions?
Still craving spicy food and averse to sweets. Every now and then I'll have part of a cookie or some ice cream, but even the thought of eating fruit is gross to me. Too sweet.
Anything baby related?
Just bought a baby wrap this morning. Got a Didymos size 6 so we can use it for a long while and in most any configuration. It's rainbow colored for our rainbow babies. We decided to try one first and see how we/the babies like it before getting a second, especially since I don't think I can handle the strain of wearing them both at once, since I've got a touchy back and shoulders.

Probably 5? I loved being that age. Kindergarten was great, my brother (who's significantly older) was still living at home (he left when I was 9 and moved across the country), I had a ton of fun with my parents...everything was pretty great at that age.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Rave: feeling a lot more movement lately! My husband felt the baby move for the first time yesterday night, so that was really special
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Thought morning sickness was gone, but then I went and threw up twice a couple days ago. Ugh. Haven't felt sick since then, though, so I hope that was just the last remnants of it.
Anything baby related? DS keeps hugging/kissing my belly and saying he loves the baby, which is adorable, but he also started putting his hands on my stomach and shouting, "I feel the baby moving!" when the baby is definitely NOT moving, lol. It's been cracking me up. I wonder what he's going to do when he really does feel the movement. I am pretty sure it's going to scare the pants off him, lol.
GTKY: If you could choose to stay a certain age forever, what age would it be? Mid-twenties, just because DH and I got to travel a bunch and make spur-of-the-moment decisions, like moving cross-country without jobs. Though I like my early thirties, too. Definitely starting to feel more at home with myself.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm so over having crazy dreams all the time. This was not a symptom with my first and I'm generally a pretty happy and easy going person, so I'm not sure where all this angst in my dreams is coming from.
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Baby kicks are consistent and I think they are close to DH being able to feel them.
Anything baby related? Took the leap into maternity clothes this week and it's been great!
GTKY: If you could choose to stay a certain age forever, what age would it be? Mid twenties were I am now. I love having little kids, DH and I both have established careers and I feel confident in who I am.

Rants/Raves/Questions? Oh man, I feel like the hormone train hit me a tad late and poor DH is getting hit hard with it . What's worse is that there's always this small part of my brain that is completely rational that is always saying one of two things "My goodness, what are you getting so pissy about" and "Does he remember that I'm pregnant?! just shut up and get some tea to calm this monster" Unfortunately the 95% of my brain that is irrational doesn't listen to her either so I guess we are both a lost cause until this hormone storm passes.

back aches, back aches and oh yeah more back aches! I'm so thankful that I naturally sleep on my side, I can't imagine how bad it could get.
Anything baby related?
Not today, but tomorrow will be chalk full! There's is an outlet store with a carters in it 3 min from my doctors office, My mom and MIL are going shopping with us after our appointment. Needless to say one side of that store will be empty by the time we leave, which side is still a mystery though!

Being a month away from my 22nd birthday I like to think I haven't reached the age that I would want to be forever, Unfortunately I probably wont know when it gets here either.
@schuberta : I don't know why I haven't noticed that we have our anatomy scans on the same day! I would absolutely agree, I don't think there are enough exclamation points in the world that could give justice to the excitement that I'm feeling right now.

Rants/Raves/Questions? We had our anatomy scan on Thursday. We got to see baby squirming around and pushing back but sadly we were unable to see the sex but ok the bright side, we will have to do another one in a couple of weeks!!
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Still not wanting vegetables but my sweet tooth is definitely coming back. I've only gained 4 lbs so far which is great but if my craving for smores blizzards from Dairy Queen doesn't subside, that weight gain is going to double pretty fast.

I am itching to start buying the big things like travel systems and baby carriers and stuff for the "nursery" (baby will be in our bedroom in a 1 bed suite), but until I finish my program (2 weeks to go!!!!!!!!) we are existing solely on DH's salary, the leftovers from our tax return and my mothers generosity. First big paycheque will be baby shopping though.
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions?
Virtually no symptoms right now wicked bad heartburn sometimes in the evenings, and my back hurts constantly. Also random periods of absolute exhaustion but that could just be nursing school...McD's chocolate milkshakes.... I've had 7 in the last 5 days... *shame face*. Also craving vegetables like CRAZY, which is weird because I've never been a huge fan. I've had summer rolls like every day for the past week, so I feel like that counteracts the milkshakes. It does right? right guys?
Anything baby related?
Counting down the days till anatomy scan time... feeling more and more like this little bean is a boy and I want to see if I'm right! DH is still hoping for a girl.

Probably kindergarten age. Things were fun, didn't take life to seriously and my dad was still alive and we were always going on adventures, going camping, stuff like that. Didn't do too much of that after he passed away. Definitely missing him a lot right now, always happens more around milestones like graduations, when I got engaged and married, and this would have been his first grandchild.
What size is baby? an avocado (somehow in the Bump world that is the next size up from a naval orange)
Upcoming appointments? This Thursday. I am hoping I will get to find out the gender by then. Hopeful all is well. My last appointment they just did the Doppler, so I haven't gotten a peek since my ultrasound at week 8.
Rants/Raves/Questions? I feel like I have finally built a decent sized maternity wardrobe now. I am a teacher, and this week is Spring Break. Yay.
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Mild morning sickness still, occasional heartburn. I am eating all the time. Some days I swear my body is just processing food extra fast. Today seems like one of those days.
Anything baby related? I checked out a book on crocheting baby items from the library, to help keep me occupied over break.
GTKY: If you could choose to stay a certain age forever, what age would it be? I think my early to mid twenties were mostly awesome. But I definitely like where I am now in life.
