I have an extreme appetite for anything and everything. My left thigh randomly starts tingling now, which I'm told is the beginning of sciatic nerve pressure. Other than that, things are pretty good right now.
My rant is about MIL and step-MIL. Every time I tell them anything that's going on, they start guessing the sex with absolute certainty. After Monday's appointment, mil told me that she now thinks it's a girl because the hb was higher this time....by ONE beat per minute. Really? Smil told me that it's a boy based on the sound of the hb on the recording my husband sent to her. Argh! Just keep it to yourself for another month! It makes me ragey to talk to either one because they're so adamant that they're right, even though they both flip-flop constantly. It's gotta be one or the other, people!
We are going to do 3 gray walls, then either an orange accent wall for a boy with navy decorations, or turquoise for a girl with pink accents. We found beautiful gray furniture at babies r us that I am in love with.

We haven't had an US since 8 weeks and I'm dying to see the lil bean again, 20 wks seems so far away!

We doing a pretty neutral nursery so it'll fit either sex, but it'll be in gray and mint. I really like the nursery below, but with gray walls instead.

Still really awful all-the-time sickness. Boobs are little sore.

I told my boss last night. My maternity leave will actually only require me to miss 10 shifts (because of holidays and the fact that I'm already part time). I just assumed that they would shut down those 10 days. She's talking like they are going to try to find someone to come in and cover for me, which is so ridiculous. Plus, I don't want anybody in my space, screwing things up! Lol.

Using the same nursery DS1 had. It's grey and yellow. They will share, which really, we co sleep, so basically their clothes will share a room. Although, if this one would sleep in its own bed, I'd be all for it! The cosleeping was never in my plans and was born out of necessity.

There isn't enough food in this world for me...and I'm exhausted. All the time exhausted

We had our NT scan this past week, which was awesome, and DH decided afterwards that he really wants an elective ultrasound at 16 weeks to hopefully find out the sex of the baby. I called an made an appt for April 27th. Wooo!

I'm way too tired/busy chasing after a 13 month old to get super into the nursery just yet (or...at all). Our guest bedroom is a really pretty soft green color, so we'll stick with that. Then we'll put in a crib, a dresser and an area rug and call it a day! Sorry second baby

He or she will sleep in our room, but not in our bed. At least for a short time.

this is our second so it depends on the sex of the baby whether or not the nursery will change any.
TTC#2: BFP: 8-23-15 MMC: 10-29-15
DD 2: 9-15-16

Symptoms- super annoyed by everything! I don't know if it's lack of sleep or hormones but I am just annoyed with the world lately.
Rant- I was away with both my LOs for three weeks without DH (helping parents relocate). I thought when we got back my DH would be super helpful in watching the girls. But he has been so busy that I am not getting any kind of break. Life needs to slow down a little so that I can take a rest! This could be contributing to my moodiness.
Nursery- @nataliemaephotography I love that nursery. My DD#2 has a very similar nursery only it is beach themed. This LO will get her room so it could easily be for a boy/girl. We actually just finished this room last week.
Current symptoms? my tail bone has been killing me, and my butt feels bruised. Made for a very uncomfortable week of flying and training. Glad that's over.
Rants/Raves/Questions? DH got a job offer across the country, again. So we are packing up and moving in July. I will lose my awesome job, insurance, benefits... but we'll be closer to "home" which right now is the only benefit I can see from this.

I have no idea. We don't have nursery plans because our current place is 1 bedroom. Who knows what the next place will have. DH is beyond frugal, and I will not be contributing to the income, so hopefully we at least have a roof over our head!
Symptoms: Ridiculously tired and annoyed by everything. Horrible gas and constipation and it's killing me.
Rave: Finally able to tell family - many were overseas/no communication. Everyone has been nice so far
Nursery: theme is jungle (again). This is third baby and I'm not buying new stuff..worked for both my boy and girl!

Nausea and I am so glad that the painful afternoon/evening indigestion has been absent for several days now.

I swear, the nausea is the only reason I know I'm pregnant, because I don't have an adorable baby belly yet. I'm really looking forward to showing soon.

I want to do the nursery in a nice sunshine yellow, though I'm not sure how it will look with the hardwood floor. As for theme, I have no idea.
P.S. My ticker is wrong, the midwife gave me a new due date after the dating ultrasound (gained six days), and I have neglected to fix it yet. Oh well...
Current symptoms? Continued morning sickness and fatigue. And I wake up at least three times a night and have a really hard time getting back to sleep.
Rants/Raves/Questions? We got our Verifi test results back this week and found out that we're having a(nother) boy. I'm happy we have a healthy fetus and I honestly think boys are easier, but I can't help but being a little sad that we'll never have a little girl (my husband and I both only want two).

I let my husband talk me into a light blue nursery for my first son (with medium blue accents), but I've never liked it, so I think I'm going to repaint and get new curtains. I'm thinking gray, dark blue and a light butter yellow. But, since first son is currently sleeping in the nursery, it may have to wait until after baby is born.

We announced on FB yesterday and now I'm paranoid something will go wrong. I knew I would be but figured that wouldn't change no matter how far along I am so I might as well rip the bandaid off. I posted this on the randoms thread but I'm still pissed... I immediately got a PM from a girl I went to HS with and haven't talked to since. It's legit been 15 years since I've any kind of contact with her. She asked where I was planning to deliver so I told her. Her response:
"Ugh! Ok. Well they are just known as the "baby factory" meaning they deliver you no matter what. I did my OB clinical rotation there and I watched a doctor rupture a woman at 36 weeks!!!! I don't want to scare you but just know that I'm a labor and delivery nurse if you have any questions."
Seriously?! What the actual f*** is wrong with this woman? I responded with "I trust my doctor, thanks." I'm still so stabby about it and want to ream her out.

I've given this next to no thought. I just want something neutral and light/happy with lots of books to read to peanut.
