Overwhelmed with emotions...

in Pregnant after a Loss
Today we had our ultrasound and found out we are having a healthy baby boy... I was so happy but as I drove home I became overwhelmed with emotions... I guess so happy to have this baby but so sad that our angel baby would have been here in a month.... I literally can't control the tears.

    Congrats! The due date from my second loss is in a week. It's hard but I look at it this

    Not sure why it cut it off. I look at it this way. If I hadn't had the losses I wouldn't be meeting this little princess in a couple months.

    Ditto. My daughter is due 1 year and a day after the day we lost our first at 8-9weeks. It's certainly a process to take it all in, but seeing your baby grow will help you look towards holding your little one. Sending you virtual hugs

    I definitely know the feeling! The due date I had for our little boy that died was a difficult day for me. April 15 is the day we had "the procedure" and I am dreading that day next week. The only thing that makes it better is feeling this little girl inside of me kick me to remind me she is still in there and growing. Congratulations on your little boy. I hope things continue to go well for you during this pregnancy!
