When did your LOs start being interested in toys?  Mine is 10 weeks and will bat at the things dangling from his activity mat, but that's about it so far.  Which toys are their favorites?

    That's the extent to which DS is at too.  Because he is so into his activity mat that we got from the shower, my mom bought him the Kick n Play Piano one by Fisher Price which he loves too, and then I bought the Infantino I believe is the brand, sea turtle play mat that turns into a ball pit.  This way, we can rotate out the dangly pieces.  I keep the Rainforest one that we got from the shower up in his nursery and the other two are downstairs.

    10 weeks too and thats the extent for us too. She lives her mat and swats at the dangly toys and sometimes grabs then but thats all. We have a baby einstein octopus that she also lovesssss. It sings and says colours.

    Same boat here. 10 weeks and she likes to stare at toys and bat at them. She also loves the kick and play piano mat. I did buy her a Winkle toy thing that a friend of mine raved about that she holds on to but not for too long. I also have a baby Einstein fish thing that goes in the crib that she loves to smile at and talk to, it's adorable! I'm sure the toy playing days are soon in our future! Right now I would stick to any toys that have a pattern on them, my LO loves patterns!

    Our LO likes her activity gym and kick and play piano (shakira print from Amazon) but her favorite toy is a little cat that hangs from the piano bar! She coos and smiles and talks to it and it's pretty much the only thing that calms her in the car seat. We also have the winkel and the ziggle from Manhattan toy company, a bunch of rattles and other thingys. Over the weekend she was "playing" with a vtech little smart phone and loving it so I have one of those coming today. Eagerly awaiting her to start actually Playing though!

    We're at 12 weeks tomorrow, and LO has started playing with a dolly by Lamaze. It has all kinds of textures and a few things that make noise. When in the rock n play, I'll set it up on her legs so she can see it, and she'll coo and grab at the different colors. I just love it!

    My LOs favorite are the sheep-bunny things on the mobile on the swing (it was a hand me down and we can't tell if they are in fact sheep or bunnies). She is endlessly entertained and amused by them! They are her best friends and the conversation never ends.

    LO is 9 weeks and is just swatting at toys on the play mat. @KFrob  LO has sheep on her bouncey chair and loves talking to them too. I swear she has more smiles and googly eyes for those sheep than mommy!

    LO smiles and talks to her toys that have cute faces. She also really likes jingle toys.

    We're 12 weeks and she won't really bat at things yet. She has figured out that kicking will make the hanging toys swing and she loves to do that. My MIL gave us a little bunny rattle for Easter and she loves to feel the soft texture when I put that in her hands.

    Mary is 12 weeks and she loves several toys. The top picture is her with her bunny lovie I got for her for Easter. The body is unstuffed and like a soft, velvety blanket and she can really grab onto it.
    The middle picture is her teddy. She likes to roll on her side and talk to him and also loves when I make him "talk" to her!
    The last picture is her latest favorite, the play mat. I have had this thing since my daughter was a baby 13 years ago and this is my third child that it has been a huge hit with. I lost all the original toys that went with it but hung a car seat toy on it. She's at that stage of trying to reach for and bat at all the toys, so this is perfect ❤️

    Brynlee loves her little panda wind chime thing, but that dangling fish has been the absolute favorite for both of my kids. 

    She was obviously passed out, but she seems to really like her textured taggie bunny. She pulls it to her mouth and chews on it all the time.

    I put my little one in his finding nemo activity bouncer today. He has great head control so I figured I'd just see how he did. And he LOVED it! I haven't seen him so excited about anything than he was over a blue fish on it.

    Our LO, at 12 weeks, loves anything hanging. She has several animals that hang on a bar from her rocker. She's figured out if she kicks, it rocks the seat, and makes the animals swing. She also loves her mobile so much that we got a portable one for the stroller and when we're on the go.
    Last night, she started holding books. (We have these little 3x3 board books, and I could tell she was trying to feel them.) I just sort of slipped one into her hands and let her hold it. She really inspected the cover, and then wanted to repeat the process with the other three books. 
    We've tried some touch and feel books--but they seem to still overstimulate her, so we've put them away for another week or so.

    I have had my eye on that since it came out.  I ended up putting it on my registry, but never received it. So, when I got my endless rewards gift card back from my registry purchases, I bought it! It should be coming within the next week or two.  I can not wait. We got a smaller bouncer at my shower and DS sits well in it and stares at the toys, so I can't wait to see his little face light up with all the Nemo toys on this one.  :)
