TTC is a hard journey that takes an emotional, mental and physical toll on each and every one of us. I have been in a dark place since my extremely painful HSG. I have been under so much stress, that I thought I was going to snap. I decided to take my mental health into my own hands, and do a yoga class today. It was just what I needed to cleanse my mind and decompress. Upon returning home, I opened the mailbox to find a card addressed to my husband and me. My aunts sent us a cheerful card to lift our spirits because they had heard what we have been going through. I cried happy tears because I felt loved and understood. Ladies, what are you thankful for? I want to hear your good news. It doesn't have to be about your TTC journey, anything that has made you smile.
Re: What have you been thankful for?
I've read so many horror stories about awful in-laws who make insensitive comments or are just plain rude. I'm so incredibly thankful that my in-laws are wonderful, amazing people who helped us pay for IVF. Without them we wouldn't be where we are today.
My mom also made the drive to stay with us for at least 48 hours after two of my three transfers. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything around the house, all I had to do was grocery shop before transfer and give her recipes.

i love this thread!! It's so great to read so many positive things.
Yesterday was hard and a lot of things went wrong.
Instead of listing all those things, I will list what went right:
Grateful we have Roadside Assistance and free towing!
Grateful we have family who live nearby and are willing to help!
Grateful my DH can carpool to work with a neighbor/friend.
Grateful that DH works in the auto industry and has peeps willing and able to help him fix his truck.
Grateful DH gave me a big hug when my 2yo niece busted into tears at the sight of me. (I promise I don't take it personally, but sheesh... it's a regular thing lately.)
Grateful for our three dogs who always seem to know when I need extra lovin'.
Grateful for the Spring weather, sleeping with the windows open.
Grateful for these boards and knowing I am not alone.

1. My DH. He tolerates my mood swings and meltdowns, and buys me chocolate and flowers when we get bad news from the RE's office.
2. My family and friends who are so supportive. I get texts almost everyday to check in or just lift my spirits.
3. My boss. Last minute days off, leaving early or coming in late for doctors appointments. She usually isn't my favorite person but has been unbelievably understanding and accommodating.
4. My four-legged son. He's so silly and gives the best snuggles.
5. All of you who make me feel like maybe I'm not crazy and this whole process isn't hopeless
