I just lurked M16 and A16. I read their birth announcements and it makes me really excited to have this baby but at the same time makes me EXTREMELY glad I still have 19 weeks to go!

    I had a salad for lunch and I can't get the taste out of my mouth. I even brushed my teeth.  I am going to try again.

    We seem to have a lot of threads dedicated to baby gear here recently. What do y'all think about having one thread dedicated to all baby gear; bottles, diaper bags, baby carriers, ect.

    Um, I looked down at my belly today and realized my belly button disappeared. It's just a slit...wtf! What's next?! An outie????? I just saw my belly button last week, you know, all circular and today, it's a straight line. Maybe my baby is higher up in my belly? Hope this is normal. O_O

    I was out with DH's company and one of the owners' wives and I were talking. I mentioned the baby and she said "I know it's blatantly obvious but I didn't want to say anything just in case". It's like 'do you really think I've just gotten that fat in my belly only in the few months since I last saw you????'

    I just came across this and thought it was adorable! Those of you with daughters or expecting them might enjoy sharing these with your DH/dad-to-be (the article is bad but the artwork is awesome). I don't know what I'm having yet, but these also reminded me of my own dad.  :'(

    My belly button is pretty much flush with the rest of my stomach right now (and I have a really deep belly button). With DD by 40 weeks my belly button was such a big outtie it looked like the thing on the turkey that pops out when it's done. My mom kept teasing me saying DD had to be arriving soon since my belly button said she was done.

    Today I purchased basmati rice because it supposedly has lower arsenic levels.  It was really yummy, so in the end I just ended up eating more rice, which probably defeated the entire purpose. :-/
