Eat reasonably healthy. Nausea has gotten worse over the last couple days and it feels like eating anything might become a struggle.
just nervous about how nauseous I'm going to get and how that will affect me
Fitness is kind of my hobby hence participating in this thread lol. I also like to read, but honestly I spend a lot of my downtime watching tv/Netflix.
Didn't have any. Ate like crap.

TTC#2 April 2019Eat better because it's so not been good lately.
I'm tired and feeling really lazy.
Photography and event planning. DH got me a really nice DSLR 2 Christma's ago and I love it. I really look forward to planning DD's Birthdays and other events and helping others with theirs. I'm not pro but I love the planning behind it. We just hosted Easter and it was so much fun.
Avoid high sodium foods!

I got 4 work-outs in (yay), and I did pretty good with my nutrition. I ate TERRIBLY twice last week (boo).
I love doing anything outdoors. Hiking is my fav.

GTKY: cooking! Except for lately because it makes me barf. I have to make some Creme brûlée and possibly some pizza on Saturday for when we have friends over, so that'll be the first time I've cooked since the nausea started at that point!

This week is not so good. The preggy-fatigue has officially hit me like a truck, and I am behind on my fitness goals. I've been eating so-so... I seem to be struggling with making healthy dinner choices, LOL.
I gave myself a pep-talk, and there is still a few days left this week to make better health choices. I WILL exercise tonight! I will put the burgers down.
I hope that you ladies are doing better than I have been this week!

I haven't been doing so great myself (again). I don't know if it's the weather (it's been cold and rainy) or the exhaustion or maybe just a little of everything but I have been eating worse than I have in a long time and I can't seem to stop. Healthy food just hasn't been doing it for me and I just end up dissatisfied or it doesn't sit right WTF. I really hope this passes after the 1st tri because it's no bueno for many reasons.
As far as exercise I actually have been a bit better with this this week. I went to the gym on Monday and chased DD around at her gymnastics class on Tuesday. Then on Wednesday I went for a walk and plan on going back to the gym on Saturday.
Definitely FAILED my goal of no eating out. Trying to focus on better eating choices for today through the weekend
