im just going to rant about how ridiculously tired I am. I had an event last night for my husband and didn't get home until 1045. Really not that late but it is haha. Fell asleep and then both girls were up from 1230-330. Then my oldest gets up at 445am for the day. I'm exhausted and need to clean for my in laws coming in town. Wahhhh. A positive is that my oldest is taking a nap now! I needed some relaxing time.

i am craving a juicy Lucy burger, you know a burger with the melting oozing cheese inside? Yeah I need it now.
I usually am a HUGE sweets girl but I just can't stomach any cake/ cupcakes / brownies etc in the last week or so. I say this because I have cake and cupcakes leftover from my daughters birthday party. I don't want them to go to waste so I tried to eat some. One bite and done.

Upcoming appointments? Wednesday for my anatomy scan. I. CAN'T. WAIT! My OB suggested bring DD along (which I hadn't really considered) so I'm even MORE excited. I get to see baby, get to give DD a super special "Big Sister" moment (after which we'll take her to a "ressarant" for lunch), spend the day with DH (he's taking the day off for the big occasion). Can't imagine a better way to spend the day!
Rants/Raves/Questions? Rave - I've been feeling pretty great for a while now; really puts the misery of first trimester in perspective. I kept telling myself it wasn't that bad. Now, looking back, I realize how awful it really was. Rant - I've been insanely busy at work lately and I don't see an end in sight. Not loving the stressful days one after another and I'm missing TB, too!

@diagonalley Thanks for the GTKY tip and for giving me permission to steal some of yours - they're always so good! I've copied others' a time or two but was trying not to too often for fear it was frowned upon for some reason, haha!

Upcoming appointments? a/s coming up on Monday and 20 wk appt on 4/14. I've never been so excited for a Monday!
Rants/Raves/Questions? My IL's want to help us install laminate flooring (they are paying for a portion of the flooring as a housewarming gift) this month but still haven't told us when they are coming out to do it (they live 15hrs away). Since tomorrow is Friday, I assume they aren't coming this weekend and our DS's bday party is the 30th(probably not that weekend either, or at least I hope they wouldn't do that!) I would just start without them but that would cause WW3 with my MIL and I don't have the energy to deal with that argument. I'm trying to not sound ungrateful, but I am a total planner and knowing that my DH and I would need to get all the prep work done before they get here and not knowing when is driving me insane.
On the brightside...it has been my dept.'s appreciation week. Yesterday was pizza day, today there is an ice cream social and tomorrow is a breakfast potluck! Happy tummy here!
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? Dry heaved so hard this morning I peed my pants. DH was walking into the bathroom to check on me right when it happened and just laughed. Got to love these wonderful pregnancy symptoms!

Rants/Raves/Questions? This has been a hell of a week. We are busy at work with quarter close, both my husband and I had a stomach bug (hit him a lot harder than it hit me), and DS has had some sleep trouble - he napped horribly on Tuesday and it has snowballed pretty bad. I am ready for the weekend and a fresh week.

I'm drawing a serious blank here...
raves: Sebastian ,my oldest, just turned 2 last month. He saw his cousin using the big potty and has decided he wants to be potty trained. We tried potty training in December and it was kind of a fail. It was such a battle and we had to help him so much everytime he had to go. He just wasn't getting it so we figured he wasn't ready.
This time is so much different and so rewarding. He can communicate so much better (his vocabulary has just exploded) he goes on his own pours it out, flushes, washes hands. I'm so proud and so relieved how much easier it is once they are ready!
Symptoms: I finally seem to have more energy this week. I hope it sticks around!

First time mom to a human but have been a puppy mamma for over 12 years
On a side note this is my third girl and I'm telling friends and family and whoever I see in person but I did not announce the sex on social media. Everyone keeps saying they think it's a boy .....

I'll only be telling immediate family of the news of the sex (with the exception of my MIL who wants it to be a surprise for her) but will be keeping the name a surprise that myself and DH have chosen whether baby is a boy or girl.

Rants/Raves/Questions? I'm really confused as to whether im feeling baby or not. I've been getting more consistent jabs in my lower tummy (just above pubic bone) and last night I felt a few 'pops' but maybe I'm just denying accepting that it's baby I'm feeling because of PGAL brain...

Last Sunday my stomach became really tight. A friend of mine who has 3 children said that it was BH contractions.
No real cravings but my sweet tooth seems to making an appearance again.

What does your nursery look like right now?
Also, I started having BH at 15 weeks. Luckily it hasn't been terribly painful thus far. But it has me wondering what it'll be like in 10, 15, 20 weeks from now...Only one way to find out...
Hoping I can feel more deliberate movements and also have my a/s Fri so will be interested to find out what placenta I have.
Are you a FTM?
Def interested how the BH will feel the further we're along... It didn't hurt but it was very uncomfortable, like my belly was being stretched and a full feeling but on the outside not the inside lol

With the BH, though, this is my first rodeo. I never had early contractions with DD. I started having contractions weeks before she was born but they were actually progressive (I was dilating) so supposedly not considered BH.
