Hey y'all, I've finally been approved as a new member and I'll introduce myself next but first I *NEED* to ask what do y'all do for nausea? My son was probably literally 80% zofran but the FDA has disapproved that for use during pregnancy so I don't know what to do. I don't actually throw up, at least I haven't yet this time around, but the nausea is crippling. Any homeopathic suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!!
Re: What to do for nausea?
Or or ask for a prescription for Diclegis (or just buy Unisom & B6).

Not every flavor works for me, apparently baby likes the red and green ones but it works!!!

Here's what my doctor told me (I had never heard of this before!):
He said I was doing everything wrong and told me to get rid of all the sugar in my diet. This included foods that turn into sugars; white russet potatoes, white rice...basically all simple carbs. He told me to eat complex carbohydrates (sweet potatoes, quinoa, brown rice, beans, lentils and nuts), protein and fruit. He said to eat every 20 mintues and drink a lot of water.
I felt better that day! I went from being sick and bedridden to feeling almost like myself.
You wouldn't think beans and nuts would be good for an upset nauseated stomach but it turned me around!
I lost 11 pounds and now i've gained 6 back! I am now off all of my medication other than B-6(take 50 mg in the morning and 50 at night) and my prenatal which is Vitafusion prenatal gummy that my doc's PA told me is easy on your tummy.
I eat mixed nuts, sweet potato chips with no salt or sugar, a lot of Amy's organic bean soups, and mighty bars that are organic protein jerky bars.
I hope this helps you like it helped me because it completely changed my experience with pregnancy!
