  • Even though I'm very miserable and I can't stand the feel of my own fat and skin, I'm thankful that this baby is healthy and he's taking his time to fully develop. That's the biggest thing right now.

I'm thankful I have a job that pays the bills and it will continue to do so even after adding one more person.

Even though I'm in so much pain every day and sometimes it's unbearable, I'm thankful that I'm still healthy.

  • Thankful for my sweet pup, carbs and fruits!
So blessed to have our families' support, and loving the moments when DH holds and talks to my belly.
  • I'm thankful that my daughter has had such a great time at her grandparents' while my husband I and got to adjust to our newest addition at home! I'm also thankful that DS is so content and a good eater/sleeper.

Hopefully next week I can be thankful for how well my daughter adjusted to being back at home with a new sibling ;)
  • I'm thankful that my little one is healthy and strong despite making an early appearance at 37+4 weeks.

I'm also thankful for SO putting up with my shit. Lack of sleep is the devil and he is the most patient person ever.

  • A mild winter!  After 2 winters with record wind chills at 30 or 40 below and LOTS of snow, I was super concerned about the whole pregnancy winter coat/snowpants/boots situation, especially since I'm a total wimp about winter weather. I've been fine in normal pants, it hasn't really snowed since I out-swelled my snow boots, and I have been plenty warm just doing the top two toggles of my same old winter coat.  What a freaking terrific surprise!
  • I am incredibly thankful for having an awesome DD and a loving DH.  They've been pretty awesome the last few days and I appreciate them taking me and my hormones in stride.

  • I'm thankful for DH who has been helping out a lot around the house to help get ready for our LO. Last night when we went out the shelves in our pantry fell down making a mess. This morning he went out to get new shelving and put them back in so we have a kitchen table again and not food all over it.
  • I am thankful that we own a home. Despite the fact that we're in the middle of about 10 major house projects right now and little one could be here any day now, I'm grateful that we own our home and have a home to come home to.
  • I'm thankful for my wonderful husband. I've been over-doing it lately, and I've started getting really uncomfortable with pretty high BP. He sat me down last night and made me promise that I would start asking him for help instead of trying to do everything myself. He really has been wonderful throughout the entire pregnancy, and it warms my heart to know how concerned he is over mine and the baby's health and well being.
  • I'm thankful this baby will be here in ONE WEEK!!!!  (unless he comes on his own before then)
Very much looking forward to the things I used to take for granted....like, sleeping on my back and being able to shave my own legs. :-)

  • Im thankful my SO finally started his new job and that he's loving it!

Also, for vets. Our dog got torn up by a pitbull mix on sunday and, although he looks like Frankenstein with staples all over him to close wounds, Im sure he'd be suffering way worse with infections and broken teeth without the help from our vet.
  • I am thankful for my sweet and loving husband. My sweet puppy, Rocko and our pretty kitty, Rooster. I've loved all of the snuggles that I have been getting from my fur babies. Just like @AmadorRose mentioned, rescue animals really do love unlike any other animal

I am so blessed to have an amazing family.

Feelig really greatful for our home and that we have everything that our new baby will need.

  • I'm thankful for my H. There is nothing like laboring for 40 some-odd hours and delivering a 9 lb, 5 oz baby with someone awesome by your side.
  • I'm thankful that the baby's room is finally finished!
  • A supportive husband who is an amazing dad
Being 39 weeks... I am so close!
Only having 5 more days of work max!

  • Thankful that at 37 weeks (as of tomorrow) I feel pretty good. I literally feel like I could be pregnant for another two months with no issue.

Thankful for 12 weeks of maternity leave.

Thankful for DS who is an amazing little boy and will be a great big brother.

Thankful that after two consecutive losses we are having our rainbow baby.
  • I'm thankful for my sweet #1 baby who came with me to his kindergarten orientation meeting tonight. He says it was "epic!" I can't believe he's old enough to be in kindergarten now.

I'm also thankful to be a in profession where I feel fulfillment and purpose in my days. They are long and not always easy, but I am lucky to be able to do what I do and know that I make an impact. (I'm an OTR working in geriatrics.)

    Also, tiramisu gelato.. holy yum.
