LO is 7 weeks and I swear I feel like I gave birth yesterday. My body is beyond sore. I am even having a hard time doing everyday stuff. Anyone else feeling like this?
THIS! Sometimes I get random shooting pains downstairs. If I do anything, I'm exhausted after like 5 seconds. I go back to work in a week and I have no idea how I'm going to make it for an 8 hr day!
I went for a 1.5mi walk last week and I was/am so sore. My hips and low back were killing me, to the point that it was hard to walk. I feel like my body is such a wimp, particularly since I was doing 3+ mi walks up until my almost 41w delivery.
My lower back hurts horribly at the end of everyday. We went through so much for 40 weeks then we freakin' gave birth then we get no rest for weeks. Takes a lot of time to bounce back. I remember feeling so much better by the time DS was 15 weeks. No coincidence that was about when he started sleeping 10 hours at night.
I'm feeling ok overall, but also just can't do long walks anymore. And I feel I should. I go on slow and short walks because I've overdone it before and was unable to move around much for a day or two after! For me it's general dull soreness of the vaginal and womb areas.
I had a c-section and felt great (compared to what I was expecting) for 4 weeks. Now I feel like a train hit me all of a sudden. Maybe hormonal changes are finally creeping up on me, I don't know.
@themommabee I had a csection too I have been taking it easy this past week since I feel like hell but this morning I had a hard time getting dressed just bending over my hips, back and stomach were sore just doing that task.

I was thinking about it today... I think the reason why I am hurting more all of a sudden may be because all the nerves that have been growing back (painful in itself!!) are finally registering the pain. I think maybe the numbness I was having in the area above the incision may have been keeping me from feeling some of the soreness that my body was experiencing. But I'm not a doctor, just guessing.
