Boobs stopped hurting

does your boob pain come and go?? Mine stopped hurting today. And I have a stomach bug. Thought it was morning sickness but I'm beyond exhausted and can't get out of bed. And I can't keep anything down.

    Symptoms can come and go. Most symptoms don't actually hit until around 6 weeks.

    ^wss. Symptoms come and go. My boobs hurt a lot today, but not at all today.

    I've barely felt pregnant today. But this happened with my first and then the symptoms came back swinging
