My 2 year old wanted to go to bed almost an hour early last night. Total win for me. I was ready 2 hours before that!

What's new with baby (size, development): Raspberry. Developing webbed fingers and toes
What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: Nothing physical at the moment. Still discussing plans for when to move DD to her new big girl room etc. Will likely do it late summer so she has time to get used to her new space before the baby comes.
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: Stayed up late last night (midnight) to spend some QT with DH and now I'm totally regretting it.
When is your next appointment: 9/21

What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: We just bought a house which has room for a nursery. Not ready to touch that room yet, but if we could get everything else moved in, I'd feel much for settled! Then I can dream about that beautiful nursery

Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: how do you copy and paste these questions on mobile? I've been typing them out (with my eyes half open since I am exhausted!)
When is your next appointment: April 7 - first appt with the OB and ultrasound! I can't wait!!!
GTKY: Laundry. Don't mind doing dishes but our sink is really low so my back would kill me by the end of 3 loads. Also I just let everything air dry (or put it in the dishwasher)
What's new with baby (size, development): blueberry! Baby is growing hundreds of brain cells every day now! The umbilical cord is fully formed. I even saw it on the u/s yesterday!
What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: I say it's too early for this question, but I totally got cranky with DH this morning about what he's going to do with his drum set that is currently set up in future baby's room. He insists we still have plenty of time...
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: I got bacterial vaginosis!
When is your next appointment: I'm probably going to be going in for a scan about once a week for the foreseeable future due to the fact that I don't really have any symptoms telling me I'm pregnant, and I had a loss over new year's so I'm extremely paranoid right now.

9 weeks - babe is now a "fetus" and no longer an "embryo"
What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby:
Nothing. Even DH said last night, it doesn't seem real that your really pregnant. Last time was so overwhelming, this time, it's almost like I forget you are." I feel the same. I FEEL more pregnant, but it's more realistic with my body than my mind - does that make any sense?

Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: Rant: I feel like death itself. Rave: my husband is the best ever. He's been so wonderful with looking after DD and the puppy so I can lie around and be nauseous. Second rave: Archer is back!!!! I've been binge watching season 6 and I forgot how awesome it was.
When is your next appointment: April 14. It's the first "normal" appointment with my OB. I'm excited to see her! I know it's kind of weird but I've missed her. She's the best.
GTKY: laundry 100%. It's the only chore you can do while watching cartoons

What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: Well we just found out a couple days ago that we're having twins so I actually started a list of everything we need. And I'm doing a lot of freaking out!
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: I didn't have any morning sickness with my first two but this time I am a little nauseous in the morning until I eat. And I'm exhausted. My poor house is a disaster.
When is your next appointment: April 11 with my midwife and they will do another u/s.

What's new with baby (size, development): Raspberry, finger and toes are only slightly webbed and the tail os gone.
What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: Not too much yet, started buying diapers every week and started researching products (first time mom lol)
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: Symptoms; I haven't had morning sickness, which I am thankful for but I do have a nauseas feeling all the time. If I eat too much, I feel nauseas; eat too little, I feel nauseas; its a lose, lose situation-lol. I have been a runner my whole life, and I ran a 5k this morning. Even though I am only 8 weeks, pregnancy has already changed my running! I have to get used to not being "fast" like I used to be.
When is your next appointment: I have my first OB appointment April 15! I am anxious to see and hear the heartbeat! I feel like I have been waiting forever.

What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: I got referred to the OB finally and have an ultrasound booked for April 19 and the first real appointment on the 22nd.
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: I had a scare this week with a student who had a rash. I remember a teacher last year who had to call her OB about Fifth Disease. I am going to ask the OB to check my immunity for it when she does the bloodwork. Symptoms, the usual thing. Queasy, appetite comes and goes. Bathroom issues :-)
When is your next appointment: April 19
GTKY: Would you rather hand wash/dry/put away 3 loads of dishes or wash/dry/fold/put away 3 loads of laundry? Dishes for sure. I hate doing laundry so much that we have a euphemism in this house so that we don't have to say the word out loud. We call it 'visiting Bob.'

What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: had my first appointment last Monday and while everything was generally good I was diagnosed with placenta previa and put on modified bed rest. So I've been taking it easy...which is starting to get pretty boring
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: very little symptoms. General sick feeling but no real ms.
When is your next appointment: blood work on April 18. Ultrasound on May 2.

What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: Not a thing. And we probably still won't do anything until the second tri. I'm a total procrastinator, and since this is our second and we already have the baby gear, I'm not feeling rushed to do anything.
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: This is all way TMI, so feel free to skip past this- The sickness has begun
When is your next appointment: Repeat ultrasound on Wednesday. I had spotting/cramping last weekend, so I went in for my first ultrasound this week. Baby was measuring only 5w5d, but should have been measuring 6w4d according to my LMP. I pray that I just ovulated late, and that's why baby is measuring behind. Thankfully, there was a yolk sac, fetal pole, and a heart beat!! 92 bpm.

Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: Near constant nausea, I'm so tired of feeling crappy. We went to Olive Garden tonight and I was so excited because I haven't been there in a while. Food came and I almost barfed.
When is your next appointment: Wednesday, my 7w4d ultrasound to check on viability.
GTKY: Would you rather hand wash/dry/put away 3 loads of dishes or wash/dry/fold/put away 3 loads of laundry? Easy, laundry. Although I'm guilty of leaving piles of clean clothes and not putting them away. Hate doing dishes.

What's new with baby (size, development): Makes me smile to think of it developing it's little face.
What's something new you are doing to get ready for baby: I bought a pregnancy journal, but am working up the courage to start writing. The illogical superstitious chick inside me thinks I'm gonna jinx it if I start writing. Hoping I feel a little "safer" after our ultrasound on Wednesday.
Rant/rave/symptoms/questions: Not sure if I'm developing "morning" sickness or if foods are just not agreeing with me, but I'm feeling full quickly and then a little nauseous/bloated afterwards.
When is your next appointment: Ultrasound on Wednesday morning. Hoping to see a heartbeat.
