How big is baby: Cardinal tetra fish (which my parents had in an aquarium, so I know what this one looks like)
Rants/etc: I finally crossed the vomit barrier earlier this week but that day I also had a migraine, so it could have been migraine rather than MS?
My perfect Saturday: Perfect Saturday would start out rainy (so that sleeping in is easy and pleasant) and maybe have some brunch type foods, but then the sun would come out and we'd have the afternoon to sit outside in the garden that we don't have because we live in an apartment and have people over and grill hamburgers and hot dogs (on the gril we don't have because we live in an apartment). Food is a crucial part of all my life plans.

I've considered getting an elective US just so I don't have to wait until 20 wks to see lil bean again. I'm too impatient for that

Sleeping in, getting some delicious breakfast, and spending the day out in the yard gardening or if it's rainy vegging on the couch. Sadly, it's my Saturday to work so I will be doing none of those things.
What week are you? 11 Weeks
How big is baby? I'm gonna go with a donut hole but mostly because I really want a donut.

Have my NT scan on Tueaday and debating going public if everything looks good or waiting until the finger prick results are back or even waiting until my next OB appt on 4/19. Waiting 2 more weeks just seems soooooo long.

This one is shaping up pretty great. It's raining and I'm lounging in bed. I'll probably catch up on some DVR, have plans to meet my mom for lunch and a movie and maybe some shopping and then home to watch the final four with my H. GO CUSE!

I have a job interview for my dream job on Thursday (second round) and just got my schedule yesterday. I am meeting with 8, count'em 8!, members of the leadership team - 9:30 to 4:30 with only a half hour break! I am all sorts of worried - that I am going to need to sneak in snacks during my hopeful not too many bathroom breaks, that I will just be exhausted throughout the day and that I need to hide my already popping pregnancy belly! Ugh. It is weighing on my mind.

Sleeping in, brunch and someone else cleaning my house lol.

I told my kids at school about the baby this week, and they are so darn excited. In the negative camp, I've had some bleeding, so I'm anxious for my appointment on Monday to see what they say. It's not very much, and when I called, it was wayyyy below their worry standard, but it's always unnerving to see any amount.
The perfect saturday is sleeping in, laying in bed for a while, then lunch outside somewhere with my husband. I love the Saturdays with no plans and he doesn't have to work, so we can just do as we please with no timeline. Our weeks are so schedule driven, that it's nice to take things as they come on a Saturday.

GTKY: what is your perfect Saturday? Sleeping late, breakfast at our favorite diner, some sort of fun activity outside such as a hike or kayak trip on the river, picnic lunch, home for an evening cookout, sitting by the fire relaxing
How big is baby? a peach..I can't remember what my ticker says. I have an app called Sprout that says baby is 3". But by the looks of my nighttime belly, I've already got a bowling ball in there.
Rants/Raves/Questions/Comments/Concerns/Thoughts I have my next appointment on Tuesday, really hoping to hear the heartbeat! I'm still crazy nauseous and puking most days, but I'd love some reassurance hearing the heartbeat again. It's weird to think this pregnancy is 1/3 of the way done. In some ways I feel like I've been pregnant forever (thanks, morning sickness) but in other ways I hardly feel pregnant at all. But I remember 3rd tri draaaaaaags on forever, so I'll probably change my tune by the end, lol.
GTKY: what is your perfect Saturday? Going to the zoo with dd and my husband. I know some people aren't fans of the zoo, but our local zoo is one of the best in the country (sometimes considered THE best, depending on the year and the list). They're doing some amazing renovations this year, can't wait for it all to open!
@socks2819 Good luck with your interview! That is seriously intense, what the heck do they have to talk about for that amount of time?!
It is a seriously sought after role and they have talked to A LOT of people which has made the process drag on. The hiring manager is very thoughtful about who he brings onto the team and wants to ensure "team dynamics" so I assume that is the reason for so many interviews. It is literally nuts. I hope it goes well. By the time this process is over and if I am lucky enough to get the job, I will be the size of a house. Ugh!

Rants/Raves/Questions/Comments/Concerns/Thoughts. Thought I was past the MS, but of course, today it was there again. It's like a Saturday ritual this point. Oh well. At least it's not every day like before.
Also, I'm traveling for work this week and I don't want to. I have to wear clothes that don't fit, sit in an airplane/airport, sit in classes. And I'm traveling with my boss who's annoying AF, and will want me to hang out and get dinner instead of hiding in my hotel room and order pizza so I can eat it, do homework and take a bath. Maybe even all at the same time. Whine over.

Crafting, walking, maybe kayaking too. Then ordering take-out and watching movies.

Rant/rave/etc: OB office is super annoying, lots of changes since my last baby 2 yrs ago. Have an appt on Wednesday and things better improve or pregnant hormonal self will go crazy... other than that, all is good! Finally over (knock on wood) all day nausea!!

Week- 14 weeks. Second tri here I come!
Baby size- baby is the size of a lemon.
Rant- This week I had a UTI infection and have been so grumpy. I really hope that my mood will get better as I get more energy back with second tri.
GTKY- my perfect Saturday starts off with sleeping in. Once I wake up eating a delicious breakfast that DH made. Not having any plans and doing what we want. I love taking the kids up to the pool or watching them run around in the backyard. To end the day I love going over to Disney to ride a few rides and be immersed in the magic.
Also- I had an appointment at 11w6d to get a prescription and I heard the HB using a Doppler, so hopefully you will too!

rant- driving from San Diego to Sacramento yesterday made me want to cry. In addition to LA traffic there were random slowdowns all the way from SD to past LA. But on the bright side I got to see my friend who is due with her first in a week and my other friend just had her baby this morning!
GTKY- perfect Saturday. Sleeping in. Hubby makes breakfast. Soccer game in the sunshine. Reading in the shade. Maybe some gym time and/or a walk I'm a simple gal.
